GBThe set up process was a nightmare. The process of getting what we asked for installed correctly and in a timely manner was very difficult. We had to have numerous meetings at the site to get things correct. We were billed for things that we didn't ask for and it took months to get that corrected. Our monitoring service is going well but I was never given all of the information on how to view the cameras from my phone.

GBAllied Fire & Security is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and they were there when we needed them! Unfortunately, our home was broken into in the middle of the night while my family and I slept. In the morning, after filing a police report, we called Allied Fire & Security. They came out that afternoon and changed all the locks on all the doors in our home. The next day, we called to inquire about their Security Systems. Brian came out that afternoon. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He didn't try to oversell us and he showed genuine concern for our family's hardship. We chose to purchase a system and monthly monitoring through Allied and they were able to get us an immediate opening for the installation (2 days later). Rich installed our system by himself in 4.5 hours. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and very professional. I felt very comfortable having him in our home. I was extremely satisfied with his performance in installing our system and showing me how to operate it. A week later when the bill came in the mail, we were happy to pay it! Everyone we came into contact with at Allied was friendly, professional, & knowledgeable. It was a great experience and we highly recommend them to others!!

GBProfessional, knowledgeable, prompt We have been with Allied for 10 plus years and have never had a problem or complaint with their service, with the way we have been treated and their product. We did a lot of research before we purchased a security system and Allied won hands down. If we were to do it over, we ail choose them again.
