Professional, knowledgeable, prompt We have been with Allied for 10 plus years and have never had a problem or complaint with their service, with the way we have been treated and their product. We did a lot of research before we purchased a security system and Allied won hands down. If we were to do it over, we ail choose them again.

Allied Security is very respnsive and relaible For 20 years I have managed security needs for several locations for my job as a Police Officer and my own personal residence. In that time I have worked closely with Allied Security. I find the staff to be very knowlegeable and ready to help with any of my needs. They are very responsive and reliable when called upon. They are a local company that very much serves the needs in security or all job sizes. I have refered Allied Security to friends and family many times and all have been very happy with thier service.

Fast Order arrived fast and as described.

Customer service and communication issues Although the equipment seems to be working just fine, I have had trouble getting tasks done with the customer service team. They have not changed my account information on several occasions and have caused issues on weekends due to not changing my account info which lead to my company spending money. Have had some issues with rude customer service reps and do not enjoy dealing with their support team. The only reason this is a satisfactory review is because it is a do-it-yourself system and at least I am able to use the product for its intentions.
