GBThe people who are in charge of sales … The people who are in charge of sales are really good, it appears that they try to be honest about what they can and can't do. The installation people were really good as well. I asked questions and they worked with me on what could be done with what I wanted. The people in the billing department need a lot of work on communication which includes listening!!! I also did not appreciate the snarky tone they have when I ask questions if I don't understand something. Then it seems that they put you on hold for a really long time if they disagree with you!!!! They messed up how I wanted this billed out. Something happened between the installation guy filling out paperwork that I signed that didn't get to the billing people. I averaged my experience, I would have given billing one star and the other departments four.

In that time I have worked closely with Allied Security. I find the staff to be very knowlegeable and ready to help with any of my needs. They are very responsive and reliable when called upon.
