GBProfessional, knowledgeable, prompt We have been with Allied for 10 plus years and have never had a problem or complaint with their service, with the way we have been treated and their product. We did a lot of research before we purchased a security system and Allied won hands down. If we were to do it over, we ail choose them again.

GBCustomer service and communication issues Although the equipment seems to be working just fine, I have had trouble getting tasks done with the customer service team. They have not changed my account information on several occasions and have caused issues on weekends due to not changing my account info which lead to my company spending money. Have had some issues with rude customer service reps and do not enjoy dealing with their support team. The only reason this is a satisfactory review is because it is a do-it-yourself system and at least I am able to use the product for its intentions.

GBThe set up process was a nightmare. The process of getting what we asked for installed correctly and in a timely manner was very difficult. We had to have numerous meetings at the site to get things correct. We were billed for things that we didn't ask for and it took months to get that corrected. Our monitoring service is going well but I was never given all of the information on how to view the cameras from my phone.
