GBCustomer service and communication issues Although the equipment seems to be working just fine, I have had trouble getting tasks done with the customer service team. They have not changed my account information on several occasions and have caused issues on weekends due to not changing my account info which lead to my company spending money. Have had some issues with rude customer service reps and do not enjoy dealing with their support team. The only reason this is a satisfactory review is because it is a do-it-yourself system and at least I am able to use the product for its intentions.

GBDon't be a stranger! In the years since you took over ourr account we have never had anyone at your company contact to see how things were or to see if they might check the system, upgrade it, etc.

GBWant problems-call Allied We have had nothing but problmes with our service at Priest Lake. We have paid numerous bills even thought we were told they would be reveiwed. We have allied at many of our residences, but they really don't care. Mark
