GBTouchpad has proven unreliable I have replaced 3 of these locks. All have had issues on the touchpad not responding intermittently. They worked fine 90+% of the time but as an Airbnb host it proved too much hassle to get a call in the middle of the night that the lock would not activate when touched.The problem would self heal itself within a couple of minutes but still too much hassle.Customer service was responsive but would always have me disconnect the lock and reset it which did not solve the problem. I believe the lock has an inherit design/mfg fault that causes this intermittent problem. If this issue didn't exist I would have stayed with this brand (and purchased again) but instead I switched to Populife lock and it has been very reliable so far.

GBPick a different company !! Made 2 orders, paid, tracking sent... never moved, still not received, blames it on USPS. Tried to get them to re ship and they said no. Even offered to pay for the new orders and return one if they both showed up, still no. Try different company !!

GBEasy to install and easy to program Easy to install and easy to program. I have 3 door locks, 1 dead bold, and the hub. I can lock or unlock remotely and get a notification if someone else opens my door.
