GBHorrible instructions and defective bolt /handle won't open when I unlock I purchased the latch knob and it came within 3 days. I put it up the next day and yes the assembling was difficult. You only have a video with no details so that was a huge headache. I paid a handy man to install a door and the knob so once he did so I installed the app and the knob wouldn't turn to open the door when I unlocked. so I had to struggle to open the door. I had to take it apart to check the bolt and start over. Again it didn't work so I called sifely and all they did was ask about the bolt and that they would send another one. I'm just going to send them the entire thing back. I don't look forward to reinstalling the knob. It was difficult putting in the tiny screws in place and overall just a bad experience.

GBSifely smart lock Sifely smart lock was easy to install and looks great. I haven’t experienced any issues so far and the app is also easy to navigate and edit.

GBTouchpad has proven unreliable I have replaced 3 of these locks. All have had issues on the touchpad not responding intermittently. They worked fine 90+% of the time but as an Airbnb host it proved too much hassle to get a call in the middle of the night that the lock would not activate when touched.The problem would self heal itself within a couple of minutes but still too much hassle.Customer service was responsive but would always have me disconnect the lock and reset it which did not solve the problem. I believe the lock has an inherit design/mfg fault that causes this intermittent problem. If this issue didn't exist I would have stayed with this brand (and purchased again) but instead I switched to Populife lock and it has been very reliable so far.

GBWorth the money I received the door knob a few days later than I expected, but got it installed without any instructions. Works very well. Easy to program.
