Worth the money I received the door knob a few days later than I expected, but got it installed without any instructions. Works very well. Easy to program.

Worst lock and app unison I’ve… Worst lock and app unison I’ve experienced yet. Fingerprints worked for 3 times then wont recognize anymore. Go into app to erase all and start again and ALL operations fail. If I hear operations fail one more time I’ll lose my god damn mind. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and it’s still worthless and inoperable. Thanks for the expensive bulky hunk of junk I now have on my door. Hey why you did get the 1 star is because it actually does lock so hey, good job there 👍.

Pick a different company !! Made 2 orders, paid, tracking sent... never moved, still not received, blames it on USPS. Tried to get them to re ship and they said no. Even offered to pay for the new orders and return one if they both showed up, still no. Try different company !!
