Worst lock and app unison I’ve… Worst lock and app unison I’ve experienced yet. Fingerprints worked for 3 times then wont recognize anymore. Go into app to erase all and start again and ALL operations fail. If I hear operations fail one more time I’ll lose my god damn mind. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and it’s still worthless and inoperable. Thanks for the expensive bulky hunk of junk I now have on my door. Hey why you did get the 1 star is because it actually does lock so hey, good job there 👍.

I love it I love it, easy to install and everything. The only downfall was Instructions on setting up the rfid cards. It didn't work and the app only said swipe it, but didn't explain where to swipe. Incluso in the Instructions or app that the rfid sensor is near number 5
