GBTouchpad has proven unreliable I have replaced 3 of these locks. All have had issues on the touchpad not responding intermittently. They worked fine 90+% of the time but as an Airbnb host it proved too much hassle to get a call in the middle of the night that the lock would not activate when touched.The problem would self heal itself within a couple of minutes but still too much hassle.Customer service was responsive but would always have me disconnect the lock and reset it which did not solve the problem. I believe the lock has an inherit design/mfg fault that causes this intermittent problem. If this issue didn't exist I would have stayed with this brand (and purchased again) but instead I switched to Populife lock and it has been very reliable so far.

GBEasy to install and easy to program Easy to install and easy to program. I have 3 door locks, 1 dead bold, and the hub. I can lock or unlock remotely and get a notification if someone else opens my door.

GBI”ve purchased 5 of these locks and… I”ve purchased 5 of these locks and installed them myself. Super easy to install and work amazingly! The only complaint is if they would have made the cable 1/2 inch longer it would be easier to plugin while installing. The gateway works well with all 5 locks and i did have to reach out to customer service once and they went over and above to solve my issue and answered very quickly. No complaints!
