I”ve purchased 5 of these locks and… I”ve purchased 5 of these locks and installed them myself. Super easy to install and work amazingly! The only complaint is if they would have made the cable 1/2 inch longer it would be easier to plugin while installing. The gateway works well with all 5 locks and i did have to reach out to customer service once and they went over and above to solve my issue and answered very quickly. No complaints!

Physical key stopped working and my… Physical key stopped working and my other door was only openable from inside as it is a slider with extra security. Sifely is a piece of junk with so many things to go wrong. Also you can not get new physical keys.

Worth the money I received the door knob a few days later than I expected, but got it installed without any instructions. Works very well. Easy to program.
