GBLet the buyer beware Let the buyer beware Purchased a generator from this company and it was defective. Instead of them sending a replacement or a refund they quoted there sales policy and said to call the manufacturer. They will not fight for there customer or help them in any way.

GBHonda Warranty WORTHLESS Do NOT buy from them if you expect any warranty service. They tout themselves as a dealer, but when it comes to warranty, they will not help you in any way. When the recoil assembly on our new Honda motor blew up, they gave us the Honda corporate number. Honda said it's the dealer's problem. Called them back, they said it's Honda's warranty, we can't do anything. There are no dealers in our area, which is why we bought this online. A complete failure to help us in any way. So any warranty on ANYTHING you buy from them means nothing because they do not assume the responsibilities of being a dealer.

GBI ordered a compressor on Sept I ordered a compressor on Sept. 22, 2023. Website promised 2 to 5 business days delivery. Today is Oct. 3, end of day and I still can't get a direct answer on If I will receive this compressor, a tracking number or who to contact! Who is in charge there?

GBNo One Beats PED Expert Advice! They will walk you through anything and their experts have been around the small equipment industry. Dale, the engine expert was a Briggs tech for 20 years. I bought a bunch of home improvement products for my home. I love my new ecobee 4, an indestructible water hose, a pressure washer, and a portable generator. All going strong! If you take care of your equipment, it'll take care of you.
