USI was a customer for over eight years I was a customer for over eight years. Half the time the cameras didn't work. Customer service was awful and they are two expensive. I moved three times and continued to use this company for service. The last move, I was only in the home for a year. They charged me over a 1k for two cameras and sensors. They started me on a new contract for whatever reason. Then I sold the home and they forced me to cancel service and charged me over 2K to get out of the contract. RUN, don't walk away from this company. They will rip you off!

USWe just received a wireless installation We just received a wireless installation. Every day we get many calls and emails about our system not communicating with vector. When we call, they don’t know why or they run a test. They say the “test” is working and then an hour later it’s not working. This company is such a waste of daily time and money. Very frustrated. Also, I’ve called the Fort Lauderdale office. No one answers, so I leave a message and never get called back.

USMade it right I previously left a review and gave them 1 star. The sales rep was out to my home today and is satisfactorily resolving all issues and concerns. I am happy with the system and utilize it remotely. Really like the Wi-Fi thermostat.

US20 Years Experience I have been a customer of vector security for over 20 years. I pay in full every year my service contract. For the most part the system has been reliable. But, whenever there is an issue or problem it takes sometimes several weeks to get a technician who knows what they are doing to come to our home. I also have an ADT system at another location. They typically respond faster. Just be aware these vendors are quick to take your money, but very slow when you need them for repairs.

USDont use them if its a weekend house. Dont use them if its a weekend house., They wont service your alarm on weekends, But when they sold me system and later i added, they had weekend service to come. So they promise you the world for a sale but then youre out of luck if there are an issues . When you get new system they are so accommodating. They give you a personal sales rep who calls you back with but once its installed, forget about getting any call backs.,
