TERRIBLE COMPANY Vector Security bought out our local monitoring service. Wife was recovering from cancer/chemo at the time. Salesman rang door bell and told wife needed her to sign a contract "just to change the service." Sold our house two years later. Vector now says wife signed a 3 year contract and we owe another year for $500. Refused to cancel service even though new home owner (at our suggestion) continued service with Vector. We have refused payment and Vector sent account to a collection agency. STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

Made it right I previously left a review and gave them 1 star. The sales rep was out to my home today and is satisfactorily resolving all issues and concerns. I am happy with the system and utilize it remotely. Really like the Wi-Fi thermostat.

I strongly suggest any other company… I strongly suggest any other company besides this one. Myself and my moms house both had them for several years. Lots of service problems and continually having issues with truly having a working alarm. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. Cancelling "service if you can call it that" immediately.

Terrible company Terrible company, poor equipment, poor service, bad central station monitoring. What more can I say? If you can avoid this company, by all means do so, ESPECIALLY if you are a commercial customer that does not like to be called routinely, late at night, to hear about a faulty unit going off, from a company that makes no attempts to fix the problem. Look at their pathetic reply below…..

Hope they treat their customers better than prospects. I purchased a home that had this company's security system installed. I decided not to continue using it. One year later, the alarm randomly starts going off every single time the front door opens. I've called Vector three times to resolve it. The first time, I was told that they can't take care of it because I'm not a customer. I called back and a man named Jonathan tried to walk me through disarming it, but I'm not comfortable with weird wiring and transformers. Called back again and got the same person who said he'd leave a message for troubleshooting to help me but no calls back. I left a message, no one returns your calls.
