GBMy husband was sent to 3 different… My husband was sent to 3 different people to cancel the service. His mother had passed and the house was empty and being sold. They wanted a letter and a copy of the death certificate before they would cancel. If we get another bill from them we will be contacting the BBB and an attorney. What a scam. We will definitely be telling others about our experience.

GBHope they treat their customers better than prospects. I purchased a home that had this company's security system installed. I decided not to continue using it. One year later, the alarm randomly starts going off every single time the front door opens. I've called Vector three times to resolve it. The first time, I was told that they can't take care of it because I'm not a customer. I called back and a man named Jonathan tried to walk me through disarming it, but I'm not comfortable with weird wiring and transformers. Called back again and got the same person who said he'd leave a message for troubleshooting to help me but no calls back. I left a message, no one returns your calls.

GBHopeful, but not there yet We had some problems with the reliability of the system (false alarms due to smoke detectors) and didn't get the best response initially from Vector's branch. However, after writing an online review, the branch manager reached out and is doing what is needed to address the problems. I'm optimistic that things will work out, and will come back and give them some more stars towards the end of 2017 after everything is settled.

GBDont use them if its a weekend house. Dont use them if its a weekend house., They wont service your alarm on weekends, But when they sold me system and later i added, they had weekend service to come. So they promise you the world for a sale but then youre out of luck if there are an issues . When you get new system they are so accommodating. They give you a personal sales rep who calls you back with but once its installed, forget about getting any call backs.,

GBCustomer service is great they are… Customer service is great they are really nice and helpful.But I been having numerous problems with my system still my notifications is not working on my phone for the cameras..he's been here several times and still can't figure it out..Thinking of canceling if not fixed...why pay for something that doae not work right...sorry
