Very professional in sales, good equipment, reasonable moitoring rates. These guys are pretty good. Initially I thought self installation might be a challenge. It turned out to be very easy. When I did have questions (regarding sensor mounting), which were very few, the phone support team knew right away how to help, and provided simple solutions immediately. Entire setup took one hour including system initialization over the phone. Since the initial setup (almost 2 months ago), no false alarms, no problems. A couple of days ago, I did have an issue where we could not arm/ disarm the system remotely (mobile app/ website). Frontpoint was already aware of the problem when I called, and had the issue addressed within a couple of hours. Let me know if you want a referral.

Peace of mind at last I was getting ready for a trip to the grand canyon with my brother and had been saving money in the closet.coffee can. I kept track of what I had and a week before the trip, I came home and the can was completely empty. It was filled with only silver coins and some bills including two $100 bills on top.. The can was full, so it was about a grand. The trip was paid for; this was my fun money. I had been thinking of getting a security system, and that sealed it. I am very pleased with the ease of set up and remote monitoring. I will add some cameras soon as I am away a lot and would like to be able to see what's going on in the house if anything. Great system I had been waiting almost a year for the local security company to find me a system that would work where I live, without a land line. Frontpoint assured me immediately that their system would work at my house. It took only a few days to get the system and set up and activation was easy. I have called to check and see if the system is communicating with them and it always is. I love the system, especially the app and everyone I have talked to at Frontpoint has been very nice and helpful.
