Simple, effective,easy to use. It took me less than 10 minutes to install. Set up with your tech on the phone was simple, testing each opening, simple walk thru of arming and disarming. Very professional in sales, good equipment, reasonable moitoring rates. These guys are pretty good. Initially I thought self installation might be a challenge. It turned out to be very easy. When I did have questions (regarding sensor mounting), which were very few, the phone support team knew right away how to help, and provided simple solutions immediately. Entire setup took one hour including system initialization over the phone. Since the initial setup (almost 2 months ago), no false alarms, no problems. A couple of days ago, I did have an issue where we could not arm/ disarm the system remotely (mobile app/ website). Frontpoint was already aware of the problem when I called, and had the issue addressed within a couple of hours. Let me know if you want a referral.

Not using the system due to false alarms We have stopped using the system as we have followed directions for the motion sensor problem without success. It is upsetting to get calls about the alarm going off and it's always a malfunction. So the last two times we've just told them to ignore it. If it was a real break-in we would assume it was another false alarm. Nice people to deal with but a faulty system.

The Front Point products are completely wireless and enable the monitoring center and you to keep tabs on your property 100% of the time if you so choose. Don't waste your time calling the other companies who have to send someone to you (you might wait forever) and who are understaffed and underbrained (you will wait forever). Our custom log home now has a custom security system!!
