Simple, effective,easy to use. It took me less than 10 minutes to install. Set up with your tech on the phone was simple, testing each opening, simple walk thru of arming and disarming. Frontpoint security system Easy to install and love all of the features! We get texts when kids get home or in-laws stop by when we are out (love that feature;-) Also love that there is no technician that needs to come out. We had lots of problems with previous system where installation was shoddy and they had to come back out and fix which is another day where I was stuck at home. Recently received a letter saying they needed to come out and update and to call and schedule. That's when I researched and found Frontpoint and switched providers. The monthly fees are much less and you get much more...with no hassle. Highly recommend!

Very professional in sales, good equipment, reasonable moitoring rates. These guys are pretty good. Initially I thought self installation might be a challenge. It turned out to be very easy. When I did have questions (regarding sensor mounting), which were very few, the phone support team knew right away how to help, and provided simple solutions immediately. Entire setup took one hour including system initialization over the phone. Since the initial setup (almost 2 months ago), no false alarms, no problems. A couple of days ago, I did have an issue where we could not arm/ disarm the system remotely (mobile app/ website). Frontpoint was already aware of the problem when I called, and had the issue addressed within a couple of hours. Let me know if you want a referral.
