I was very happy with Nick and Procom… I was very happy with Nick and Procom for years. Then Mountain Alarm bought Procom. I didn't even know this happened and then I started getting invoices from this new company. Then I had issues with the video cameras that Nick had installed. Mountain Alarm doesn’t have a clue about the cameras or the software running the cameras nor do they care. Really just a joke overall. Stay away if you can.

Still have not completed job and equipment not working correctly. I met with sales representative and set up what I wanted. The installer came and didn't know how everything was supposed to be set up. Installer did some weird things and placed some items where it did not make sense. Garage door equipment did not work. One of the locks does not work correctly. They charged me too much after not installing some of the items. I have attempted to get the sales representative to come out to the house so I can go over everything with them (and asked for additional items to be installed). The sales representative still has not come out. The motion sensor will go off because of the dog when they told me it wouldn't. I expected more from the company after spending so much money.

They are not able to deliver. But they keep on charging. I have had the hardest time getting this company to install cameras in our home. Now 5 months after they installed 6 cameras and 8 additional service visits some taking 5-6 hours, the cameras are still not working. They get an A for effort and an F for results. Well meaning, polite but incompetent.

Natural born skeptic is a believer in Montain Alarm We hoped for the best with our first alarm service they exceeded that hope every step of the way That is the salesman was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. The installer was timely and competent follow up service calls we made to the alarm center were handled patiently as we worked our way through learning the system. They get my stamp of approval.

FANTASTIC SALES AND INSTALLATION PEOPLE! WE FELT IN GOOD HANDS IN BOTH THE ORIGINAL CONTACT PHASE OF OUR DEALINGS WITH YOUR COMPANY AND THE PERSON WHO DID THE INSTALLATION WAS COMPLETE IN THE INSTALLATION AND THE EXPLANTION OF USING THE SYSTEM BEFORE HE LEFT.
