Timely response and very good monthly rate. I switched from ADT to Mountain Alarm at approx. 1/2 the monthly rate and no switchover cost. Service was prompt and very courteous and they have a local office if I ever need them. The only minor glitch was I haven't yet received an e-mail confirming my no-rate-increase-for-three-years guarantee.

WE FELT IN GOOD HANDS IN BOTH THE ORIGINAL CONTACT PHASE OF OUR DEALINGS WITH YOUR COMPANY AND THE PERSON WHO DID THE INSTALLATION WAS COMPLETE IN THE INSTALLATION AND THE EXPLANTION OF USING THE SYSTEM BEFORE HE LEFT. Horrible service Horrible service. Billings Alarm sold to them and Mt Alarm who has not even looked up the definition of "CUSTOMER SERVICE" so that they could provide it is not someone I would recommend. They are attempting to make everyone sign a long term contract. They are rude and pushy and accepted $ even though I hadn't signed a contract, yet they are telling me they will terminate it. Not one to be bullied. Run away and don't give them your business.

2 Service calls--still no hook up to central station! I have found the folks at Mountain Alarm to be friendly and eager to get the job done. Unfortunately, we have had a hard time getting the alarm system to really work. I have a 3rd service person scheduled to try to figure out how to make the darn alarm system work. Rather frustrating and time consuming.....
