FANTASTIC SALES AND INSTALLATION PEOPLE! WE FELT IN GOOD HANDS IN BOTH THE ORIGINAL CONTACT PHASE OF OUR DEALINGS WITH YOUR COMPANY AND THE PERSON WHO DID THE INSTALLATION WAS COMPLETE IN THE INSTALLATION AND THE EXPLANTION OF USING THE SYSTEM BEFORE HE LEFT. Average Service person had to read from a manual the entire time he was at the residence. It took longer than it should have to resolve the issue and then the bill was unrealistic and not explained.

They are not able to deliver. But they keep on charging. I have had the hardest time getting this company to install cameras in our home. Now 5 months after they installed 6 cameras and 8 additional service visits some taking 5-6 hours, the cameras are still not working. They get an A for effort and an F for results. Well meaning, polite but incompetent.

Once they got here, they did good My initial interaction with Mountain Alarm was very positive. Sales person responded to my initial request within a day. Since then, I have had to follow up a few times to get work scheduled. When they arrive, they do good work and I believe I will get good service in the future. I have had trouble knowing who to contact for what and am still waiting on a couple of responses to inquiries/requests. I have been told the last couple of months have been extraordinarily busy for the company. I can understand that, but not why I do not get responses to emails and calls.

I have no opinion I don't know yet--haven't had anyone trying to break-in
