Natural born skeptic is a believer in Montain Alarm We hoped for the best with our first alarm service they exceeded that hope every step of the way That is the salesman was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. The installer was timely and competent follow up service calls we made to the alarm center were handled patiently as we worked our way through learning the system. They get my stamp of approval.

They are not able to deliver. But they keep on charging. I have had the hardest time getting this company to install cameras in our home. Now 5 months after they installed 6 cameras and 8 additional service visits some taking 5-6 hours, the cameras are still not working. They get an A for effort and an F for results. Well meaning, polite but incompetent.

Once they got here, they did good My initial interaction with Mountain Alarm was very positive. Sales person responded to my initial request within a day. Since then, I have had to follow up a few times to get work scheduled. When they arrive, they do good work and I believe I will get good service in the future. I have had trouble knowing who to contact for what and am still waiting on a couple of responses to inquiries/requests. I have been told the last couple of months have been extraordinarily busy for the company. I can understand that, but not why I do not get responses to emails and calls.

Very poor customer service Very poor customer service. The staff will say anything (including the owner R. Garner) to make a sale. When it comes time to ending or canceling the service they are no where to be found. I do not trust these folks, nor do I recommend them. Teresa Gonzales is the most inept customer service manager I have come across. She will not return a call, she too will say anything, and the cancelation policy needs to be pulled out of her. Then she pretends like she doesn't hear my confirmation to end the service. Her lack of skill emanates in all the customer service workers. What a piece of work.

I was very happy with Nick and Procom… I was very happy with Nick and Procom for years. Then Mountain Alarm bought Procom. I didn't even know this happened and then I started getting invoices from this new company. Then I had issues with the video cameras that Nick had installed. Mountain Alarm doesn’t have a clue about the cameras or the software running the cameras nor do they care. Really just a joke overall. Stay away if you can.
