GBOnce they got here, they did good My initial interaction with Mountain Alarm was very positive. Sales person responded to my initial request within a day. Since then, I have had to follow up a few times to get work scheduled. When they arrive, they do good work and I believe I will get good service in the future. I have had trouble knowing who to contact for what and am still waiting on a couple of responses to inquiries/requests. I have been told the last couple of months have been extraordinarily busy for the company. I can understand that, but not why I do not get responses to emails and calls.

GBThey are not able to deliver. But they keep on charging. I have had the hardest time getting this company to install cameras in our home. Now 5 months after they installed 6 cameras and 8 additional service visits some taking 5-6 hours, the cameras are still not working. They get an A for effort and an F for results. Well meaning, polite but incompetent.

GBI was very happy with Nick and Procom… I was very happy with Nick and Procom for years. Then Mountain Alarm bought Procom. I didn't even know this happened and then I started getting invoices from this new company. Then I had issues with the video cameras that Nick had installed. Mountain Alarm doesn’t have a clue about the cameras or the software running the cameras nor do they care. Really just a joke overall. Stay away if you can.

GBI have no opinion I don't know yet--haven't had anyone trying to break-in

GBAverage Service person had to read from a manual the entire time he was at the residence. It took longer than it should have to resolve the issue and then the bill was unrealistic and not explained.
