WE FELT IN GOOD HANDS IN BOTH THE ORIGINAL CONTACT PHASE OF OUR DEALINGS WITH YOUR COMPANY AND THE PERSON WHO DID THE INSTALLATION WAS COMPLETE IN THE INSTALLATION AND THE EXPLANTION OF USING THE SYSTEM BEFORE HE LEFT. Once they got here, they did good My initial interaction with Mountain Alarm was very positive. Sales person responded to my initial request within a day. Since then, I have had to follow up a few times to get work scheduled. When they arrive, they do good work and I believe I will get good service in the future. I have had trouble knowing who to contact for what and am still waiting on a couple of responses to inquiries/requests. I have been told the last couple of months have been extraordinarily busy for the company. I can understand that, but not why I do not get responses to emails and calls.

We canceled month's ago after they… We canceled month's ago after they re-upped our contract without us agreeing to it. They are still charging us even after we called in to cancel. These people are the thieves you want to protect yourself from.

Agressive money collection for unknown service Very poor customer service, very aggressive money collecting policy. Will tell you you owe them money for alarm service that you did not know you had and will immediately collect the money by threatening letter and a collection fee on top of that. Cannot recommend.
