Timely response and very good monthly rate. I switched from ADT to Mountain Alarm at approx. 1/2 the monthly rate and no switchover cost. Service was prompt and very courteous and they have a local office if I ever need them. The only minor glitch was I haven't yet received an e-mail confirming my no-rate-increase-for-three-years guarantee.

I was very happy with Nick and Procom… I was very happy with Nick and Procom for years. Then Mountain Alarm bought Procom. I didn't even know this happened and then I started getting invoices from this new company. Then I had issues with the video cameras that Nick had installed. Mountain Alarm doesn’t have a clue about the cameras or the software running the cameras nor do they care. Really just a joke overall. Stay away if you can.

WE FELT IN GOOD HANDS IN BOTH THE ORIGINAL CONTACT PHASE OF OUR DEALINGS WITH YOUR COMPANY AND THE PERSON WHO DID THE INSTALLATION WAS COMPLETE IN THE INSTALLATION AND THE EXPLANTION OF USING THE SYSTEM BEFORE HE LEFT. Agressive money collection for unknown service Very poor customer service, very aggressive money collecting policy. Will tell you you owe them money for alarm service that you did not know you had and will immediately collect the money by threatening letter and a collection fee on top of that. Cannot recommend.

Still have not completed job and equipment not working correctly. I met with sales representative and set up what I wanted. The installer came and didn't know how everything was supposed to be set up. Installer did some weird things and placed some items where it did not make sense. Garage door equipment did not work. One of the locks does not work correctly. They charged me too much after not installing some of the items. I have attempted to get the sales representative to come out to the house so I can go over everything with them (and asked for additional items to be installed). The sales representative still has not come out. The motion sensor will go off because of the dog when they told me it wouldn't. I expected more from the company after spending so much money.
