This has been a total waste of… This has been a total waste of money.....absolutely useless and unreliable. So disappointed, but this really is a con. We had no idea we needed to buy a subscription for a basic service, I certainly won't buy a Ring ever again.

They don't deserve 1 star.. this company is useless...I've rang I don't know how many times been charged a lot for the call aswel as only have mobile.. they got me in front of the cameras..as I needed to change mobile number and they still haven't done...and can't log in because of this...they are literally useless..don't help waste ur time..go with another company ..not these waste of space

Awful Awful. Wanted to change payment plan to monthly. Used admin portal but didn’t recognise my password. Tried to reset but didn’t receive any email which enabled me to do this. Finally just cancelled Ring Protect because it was easier. Shot yourselves in the foot RING!

Motion alerts don't always work My mom is 94, lives alone, also has dementia. We installed Ring door to monitor people at her front door, but also so we would be alerted if she went outside We find the alert system erratic and doesn't always trigger alert on my phone. Done everything advised in FAQ. No joy

frustrating so… unacceptable Wow thought it was me didn’t realise so many problems it’s a nightmare to connect they rather don’t care or incompetent of fixing the problem unless your very technically minded don’t buy have found their staff helpful but unable to solve problems so in my mind it must be the product. Why have they not upgraded the product?crazy
