GBMotion alerts don't always work My mom is 94, lives alone, also has dementia. We installed Ring door to monitor people at her front door, but also so we would be alerted if she went outside We find the alert system erratic and doesn't always trigger alert on my phone. Done everything advised in FAQ. No joy

GBWIERD COMPANY... Liars WIERD COMPANY.... liars apparently delivery was attempted twice by DPD which is a total lie as 2 electricians working at the delivery address and has now gone to the postoffice for some reason.... after seeing all these reviews I'm going to get my refund. Paid for a door bell to be delivered not to drive 1/2 an hour to collect to from the post office

GBThis has been a total waste of… This has been a total waste of money.....absolutely useless and unreliable. So disappointed, but this really is a con. We had no idea we needed to buy a subscription for a basic service, I certainly won't buy a Ring ever again.

GBInvested in the ring system to protect… Invested in the ring system to protect my property. Paid the subscription for a few years now. The doorbell camera didn’t record my car being broken into on my drive. I called customer services who said my doorbell camera is working correctly and was not offline at all during that evening. They offered me £8 refund for one month subscription. I declined and asked for a refund which they have given me for the year subscription. I have decided to invest in a more reliable system with no subscription. Leaving me with multiple ring devices no longer required. Hundreds and hundreds of pounds wasted. I wouldn’t rely on Ring products for home security.
