Motion alerts don't always work My mom is 94, lives alone, also has dementia. We installed Ring door to monitor people at her front door, but also so we would be alerted if she went outside We find the alert system erratic and doesn't always trigger alert on my phone. Done everything advised in FAQ. No joy

I swapped my internet connection to EE… I swapped my internet connection to EE from Vodafone but ring doorbell company couldn't cope with this. This atrocious American company have no human staff to help UK customers. Just their robots and useless videos. Ring door bell company aren't human. Just a robotic nightmare. Contract ends this year and I made a huge mistake ever using this atrocious American company

Doesn't work! We have very fast reliable WiFi but the doorbell never works or when it does it alerts to a ring minutes after the person has pushed it so by that time they've already left. Have reset everything numerous times and followed all instructions to fix it but it doesn't help. Worked absolutely fine when we were on the subscription (we don't need to record so only used the free subscription that came with it). Wouldn't have bought it if we knew we would have to pay a subscription every month but it states it should work fine without it. Doesn't work at all and I'm constantly missing deliveries and visitors. Waste of a lot of money! Terrible. Save your money and go with a better company that's not just after more money every month.

Terrible do not buy the stick up… Terrible do not buy the stick up cameras! Yes picture is good but it constantly freezes and now after 5.5 months stopped working all together. The plan is a rip off too, nearly £40 per camera. Not worth it as there are much better ones out there. Waste of £260 don’t bother with them!! If I could could 0 I would.
