GBTerrible do not buy the stick up… Terrible do not buy the stick up cameras! Yes picture is good but it constantly freezes and now after 5.5 months stopped working all together. The plan is a rip off too, nearly £40 per camera. Not worth it as there are much better ones out there. Waste of £260 don’t bother with them!! If I could could 0 I would.

GBConstant problems- I have 2 ring… Constant problems- I have 2 ring doorbell devices, one at home and another at my mother in law’s. I am constantly having to reboot them even though they are both within 10 feet of the Wi-Fi box. Recordings are often missed or pixelated so I can’t tell what is happening- there is always some issue with the protection plan. I have replaced one of the devices after it stopped working when only 18 months old. In short I cannot recommend.

GBI swapped my internet connection to EE… I swapped my internet connection to EE from Vodafone but ring doorbell company couldn't cope with this. This atrocious American company have no human staff to help UK customers. Just their robots and useless videos. Ring door bell company aren't human. Just a robotic nightmare. Contract ends this year and I made a huge mistake ever using this atrocious American company

GBAwful Awful. Wanted to change payment plan to monthly. Used admin portal but didn’t recognise my password. Tried to reset but didn’t receive any email which enabled me to do this. Finally just cancelled Ring Protect because it was easier. Shot yourselves in the foot RING!

GBfrustrating so… unacceptable Wow thought it was me didn’t realise so many problems it’s a nightmare to connect they rather don’t care or incompetent of fixing the problem unless your very technically minded don’t buy have found their staff helpful but unable to solve problems so in my mind it must be the product. Why have they not upgraded the product?crazy
