Useless Useless. I cannot belive the experience I have had so far. I wouldnt mind but I'm actually trying to pay for a service and going round in circles. Want to purchase a ring protect account and no matter what I cannot pay with visa debit card. My bank tell me its because ring are not using 3ds authentication and there is nothing they can do. Ring say its not an authentication meth9d they use, so options are use another card! The bank tell me that this authentication method is industry standard and ring won't have it! The bank even said its an FCA regulation. I have no problem with debit card for any other payment I make. Yet ring just say use another card...even though I only have a credit card and don't wish to use and shouldn't have to. I asked for a copy of all of the recordings of calls id made regarding this issue....we don't have access to send you those...again reallytf!! You can request your data via the app....and yeah didn't have the option to request call recordings. It's not the case of me trying to be difficult it's a case of these guys can't even process a payment on a visa debit card and won't listen!!

As much use as a chocolate teapot Power dip and the Ring doorbell is down yet again. Take the battery out to charge it and hours wasted getting it back online. The rip off subscription should be on the box stating it's free for 1 months only. I believe this company is owned by Amazon which would explain it all.

WIERD COMPANY... Liars WIERD COMPANY.... liars apparently delivery was attempted twice by DPD which is a total lie as 2 electricians working at the delivery address and has now gone to the postoffice for some reason.... after seeing all these reviews I'm going to get my refund. Paid for a door bell to be delivered not to drive 1/2 an hour to collect to from the post office

Appalling customer service My ring door bell battery lasts a few days maximum on full charge , I pay the full ring subscription. When I called to ask for help I was told there’s no complaints department and they don’t except complaints and there’s nothing they can do

This has been a total waste of… This has been a total waste of money.....absolutely useless and unreliable. So disappointed, but this really is a con. We had no idea we needed to buy a subscription for a basic service, I certainly won't buy a Ring ever again.
