This is my second order I was surprised by the negative reviews. I've ordered through this company twice. My first order did take a few weeks to fill. The web-site says that your credit card doesn't get charged until they have and can ship the part. Once my card was finally charged I had the part in a few days. My second order I placed on a Sunday. My part arrived by Thursday. While I hate my Electrolux Oxygen Canister vacuum, "vacuums24X7 makes not buying a new vacuum easier".

I received notification of item shipped and a tracking number within two days, and delivery of my order three days later via standard shipping. Can’t beat that! This company has a No Cancel policy, is quick to take your money and then don't deliver the product. I've tried contacting them by email on three occasions, and by phone. They don't accept phone calls by the way for problems concerning your order! It's been 20 days, I still don't have an order confirmation number and I still don't have the product I ordered, however; Vacuums24x7.com has my money! BUYER BEWARE!
