Warning!! RIP-OFF ARTISTS Be very wary of this company. Before purchasing anything review their Terms and Conditions. This company has a No Cancel policy, is quick to take your money and then don't deliver the product. I've tried contacting them by email on three occasions, and by phone. They don't accept phone calls by the way for problems concerning your order! It's been 20 days, I still don't have an order confirmation number and I still don't have the product I ordered, however; Vacuums24x7.com has my money! BUYER BEWARE!

Very Customer Unfriendly I placed an order for vacuum bags on 9/18/09. As of today 9/25/09 the bags are out of stock. They cannot tell me when they will ship and will not cancel the order despite the fact that then cannot process it. I will never ever do business with this company again and recommend that you do the same. Read the About US section of their website. Under no circumstances will they cancel an order even if they cannot supply the merchandise ordered. If I could rate this company with "0" stars I would.

Satisfied from Iowa 11/22/10 I ordered a HEPA filter, a crevis tool, a stair cleaning tool and a pre-motor foam filter... although they never responded to my 2 emails asking them when I could expect delivery, I did receive a confirmation number and my complete order arrived in the mail within a week. No problems, and I'm sorry for those that did have issues. My order was okay.
