GBThe worst! The worst webstore experience I\\'ve ever had! Item update link was useless, never gave any info at all. Took forever to respond to repeated emails. Finally, after more than a week and after I sent numerous unanswered emails, they sent email saying item had been backordered but now received and would be shipping \"this week.\" Next day, I get email saying item is backordered! How interesting, item was back ordered, then available, then back on back order. Unlike the rest of this transaction, the charge to my credit card was quite prompt, so they\\'ve got my $ but I don\\'t have the items. Told them to cancel the order. Can\\'t wait to see how fast they do this and credit my card. Also can\\'t wait to see if they honor their promise to issue $5.00 credit for not responding to emails (promise is prominent on their \"About Us\" page.) Do not buy from these people. Would rate customer service less than 1 if I could. ...
