Excellent Customer Service I ordered the Lennox box and instead recieved something totally different. It also came significantly later than expected! The rose I did receive is pretty, but it’s a singular versus the four I was supposed to receive… I’m also not a Virgo so it’s a rather odd thing to have just laying around. Though I will say, once reached out to the customer service team was great! They shipped the proper order out in less than 24 hours!! I am very grateful for this service, and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an eternal rose.

I can’t begin to express the joy that… I can’t begin to express the joy that my sister-in-law felt on her 70th Birthday when she opened the eternal rose in the most beautiful keepsake gift box and told me the rose scent instantly filled her mind with moments of her wedding day when she carried a bouquet of roses (the same color) and of her mom who loved the scent of roses so often had them in her home. I was initially a skeptic but quickly learned differently. Initially I was skeptical of this... after all, how could LIVING ROSES live and stay fresh and fragrant for a year or more, without needing water, care, fertilizer, and additional care. Then I met a friend who once bought her mom a single rose from Eternal Roses, and two years later that single rose is still blooming and smelling wonderful on her mother's desk. I was sold, purchased the largest presentation possible, and my fiancé LOVED receiving it for Valentine's Day. Am looking forward to ordering another Eternal Roses display when a future event calls for the moment.
