Finally got my money back I have lost more than 20 weeks expecting to get ITIN from this company, but they failed. I had a lot of trouble getting my money back from them, but finally, I got them. I would suggest looking to get this service elsewhere.

The ein came out and I received it but on the website's dashboard it appears still in process, contacts and they tell me that they were waiting for the ein to be able to proceed with the itin request when I had already provided information on another llc that I have so that they could proceed on the same day start the process. Attempted to contact company for 3 days through email, phone and website. No response. Only received response after I emailed that I filed dispute with my credit card company. Do not send this company any personal information.
