worst service Bad service, on the 21st of February I requested the service of ein and Itin put all the necessary information to be able to proceed with both processes at the same time. The ein came out and I received it but on the website's dashboard it appears still in process, contacts and they tell me that they were waiting for the ein to be able to proceed with the itin request when I had already provided information on another llc that I have so that they could proceed on the same day start the process. So far nothing, strange as it seems their email is with probelams because whenever I send an email it is returned to me by "550 5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist. Please try double-checking the recipient's email address for typos or unnecessary spaces.
