worst service Bad service, on the 21st of February I requested the service of ein and Itin put all the necessary information to be able to proceed with both processes at the same time. The ein came out and I received it but on the website's dashboard it appears still in process, contacts and they tell me that they were waiting for the ein to be able to proceed with the itin request when I had already provided information on another llc that I have so that they could proceed on the same day start the process. I had a great experience with customer… I had a great experience with customer support from E-Delaware; Lena was amazing. They have been very responsive and helped me troubleshoot my issues quickly. They were also very friendly. Overall, I was very pleased with the level of customer support I received from E-Delaware. We are still waiting to complete the process, but so far, so good. I will provide an update once the process is complete.
