I had a great experience with customer… I had a great experience with customer support from E-Delaware; Lena was amazing. They have been very responsive and helped me troubleshoot my issues quickly. They were also very friendly. Overall, I was very pleased with the level of customer support I received from E-Delaware. We are still waiting to complete the process, but so far, so good. Scam company Scam company. They claim to offer ITIN service for individuals. After you make payment you cannot contact company again. Attempted to contact company for 3 days through email, phone and website. No response. Only received response after I emailed that I filed dispute with my credit card company. Do not send this company any personal information.
