They were also very friendly. Overall, I was very pleased with the level of customer support I received from E-Delaware. We are still waiting to complete the process, but so far, so good. Finally got my money back I have lost more than 20 weeks expecting to get ITIN from this company, but they failed. I had a lot of trouble getting my money back from them, but finally, I got them. I would suggest looking to get this service elsewhere.
