Security guards feel they can dictate … Security guards feel they can dictate what they do and sit in their vehicles. I wasted too much time trying to get them to do their job and patrol the site. Worst security company I've ever worked with

Overnight School Site Security Performing some building upgrades at a school, some materials had to be stored over-night outside on the ground. To reduce the chance of theft of vandalism we needed to bring in someone to watch over the materials overnight. The school district recommended CPS Security. The quote turn around was quick, the pricing was reasonable, the guard was prompt and we had no issues with the materials. If working in the same area and needed the same service, I would definitely call CPS Security again.

Security services With full time security guards and an average of 12 - 14k a month, I still had numerous theft and the security guards would not follow directions on where we wanted them to hang out to keep the theft from happening. Raquel Dean is an awesome and responsive rep and love working with her but she can only control so much.

Unreliable at best I currently work with CPS and have had communication problems with them for a while. The sales manager assigned to our account, Terry, never answers his phone nor messages. When trying to contact the local dispatch and local branch manager, I am told by a receptionist that they will get back to me and calls are never returned. In the last 4 months I have had to train 4 new guards, As I have had to have 4 removed from my site for multiple reasons, including playing on company equipment, driving at a high rate of speed and burning out in my truck yard, and allowing 3 security breaches in 48 hours, resulting in product loss to our company. The only reason I am still with them is one of our guards who is level headed and can make decisions to protect the facility, and knows when to call for help from my team.

Heritage Square We have had some problems with staffing guards but the customer service has responded well to our concerns. They are responsive when guard service is required like the recent patrol service at our shopping center.
