GBHeritage Square We have had some problems with staffing guards but the customer service has responded well to our concerns. They are responsive when guard service is required like the recent patrol service at our shopping center.

GBnever this was the worst security firm i have ever seen. constant issues. not being present during hours we were paying for to staining the new pavers in the drive area with the security guards leaking car. leaving trash and food laying around from their shifts, sleeping in their cars across the street from the job site. i could go on for days. Basically they are the worst at what they do in my companies opinion.
