UAI am pleased with support service I am pleased with support service, because I've got all the information in short period of time and clearly. I am only the beginner user of the tool. Was working with alerts + slack integration. Flow is easy. It could be perfect if you have full integration, so alerts would come as a text messages instead of formatted as an emails. Short messages with alert title and link to the product more suitable for messengers format. Thank you.
