KRSentryKit is Essential For a few days our connection to SentryKit had an issue. SentryKit was in communication with us as the issue was resolved. Kelvin was great at staying in touch. During the short time we did not have a connection to SentryKit, I realized just how valuable their service is to my daily information flows about how our business is running on Amazon.

FRWhat a pity and what a terrible customer service ! What a pity and what a terrible customer service ! We have used SentryKit for many years to manage our Amazon accounts and the alerts were a very useful tool to run our business. In January Sentrykit announced that they had troubles with the Amazon API and that they encountered issues. It's been 6 months and the issue is still not solved. The service is down and their Customer support is TERRIBLE. Sentrykit answers to us once in a while and does not provide any real support while we keep paying for their service. We cancelled our subscription and will use another tool from now on.
