FRWhat a pity and what a terrible customer service ! What a pity and what a terrible customer service ! We have used SentryKit for many years to manage our Amazon accounts and the alerts were a very useful tool to run our business. In January Sentrykit announced that they had troubles with the Amazon API and that they encountered issues. It's been 6 months and the issue is still not solved. The service is down and their Customer support is TERRIBLE. Sentrykit answers to us once in a while and does not provide any real support while we keep paying for their service. We cancelled our subscription and will use another tool from now on.

PHGreat Support Flexible Solution I reached out to Sentry Kit Support to see if its possible to switch payment method from CC to Invoice Billing and I have not been let down, the Team has been very supportive with this initiative and helped us setup an Agency account and worked with us to meet our needs.
