Was working with alerts + slack integration. Flow is easy. It could be perfect if you have full integration, so alerts would come as a text messages instead of formatted as an emails. Short messages with alert title and link to the product more suitable for messengers format. Thank you.

We have used SentryKit for many years to manage our Amazon accounts and the alerts were a very useful tool to run our business. In January Sentrykit announced that they had troubles with the Amazon API and that they encountered issues. It's been 6 months and the issue is still not solved. The service is down and their Customer support is TERRIBLE. Sentrykit answers to us once in a while and does not provide any real support while we keep paying for their service. We cancelled our subscription and will use another tool from now on.
