Waste of time Waste of time. Went through their whole process of "starting a project" and couldn't proceed because they couldn't verify my business phone number - that has been my number for years. What a waste. Found other and better pros on BBB instead. Won't use again.

The company was very professional and… The company was very professional and courteous as well as reasonable in pricing. They went above and beyond my expectations and delivered what was stated in their contract Much appreciated...my neighbors also were impressed and will probably use the as well.

Promotes F-rated businesses. Mediation is a joke. We got a leak from the contractor they connected my family with for a chimney cleaning. They no-showed, no-called twice over a month to come back and inspect the work, plus other message dodging. It took five phone numbers to connect to someone at HomeAdvisor who said they could mediate between us. The contractor didn't respond for another month and then began blowing up my phone to say, "They work for us. We pay them. They can't help you." The mediator proved the terrible contractor accurate, and I spent more time talking with HomeAdvisor over the next six months than being helped. HomeAdvisor ultimately never got the contractor to the table for any conversation.
