USNot anywhere near the service they claim to be or have They claim to be better than a locksmith and have a 100% price guarantee. Well, they weren’t either of these. The keys didn’t work, and they didn’t refund my original payment, upon initial contact. After much prodding, I’m supposed to be getting the full price back in a refund. We shall see! But for now, I don’t suggest that you use this kiosk system. As you can see, the kiosk cut isn’t anywhere near the original key.

USWorst service ever Worst service ever. After we call them and they told us that they will arrived in 35 min, we had to call them because they didn’t arrive and then they said 20 more min, and never showed up, we tried to call them again and did not answered the phone, even the 24/7 call center, never pick up. We wait until 2 am and leave to a hotel with our 2 new born babys. Worst service ever

USMultiple keys ive gotten do not work… Multiple keys ive gotten do not work and theres no way to take them back or return them without just paying and hoping the new ones work. I always het Multiple because usually 2 wont work out of 3. I began using ace ha4dware who has a physical person and easy returns.

USConvenient Very helpful and easy to make my key copy. I liked the instant selections and the deals. I ordered all 4 copies together because it was easier but would’ve like to be able to ship a couple designs under the buy 4 deal. It would've been better if the machine had a menu , website, directions, or payment posted on it saying it is card only, no cash, BEFORE having to put a key into it.

USKey made from stored image didn't work. I made a key from one stored in memory. The first key I copied and that created the stored scan worked. However, the key made from the stored scan did not work. The refund was prompt and painless. One note, when logging into the Kiosk to make a key from one stored on my account, the Kiosk required "dual-authentication" via my cell phone. In theory, great. In practice, you get locked out of your house and leave cell phone inside. It's the same problem w/ computer password managers that need to dual authenticate to your phone, that you lost.... lol. Sometimes you just want one password that you trust.
