Great Technicians But Difficult To Schedule The men repairing our floor were outstanding - worked hard to get the fix just right. Scheduling them on the other hand was a huge hassle - could not get anyone to return my repeated phone calls. Took weeks to get the necessary repairs completed.

Angie J. was wonderful! She assisted with a smile and without any pressure. After she quickly grasped the idea of our flooring desire, Angie went to work and found the "perfect" floor. Very Happy Customer I have used L & M Carpet One Floor several times and each time I have been thoroughly pleased. Everyone was so helpful and ready to please. Starting with coming to our home to measure to the installation. Our salesperson, Misty, was so knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The installers did an excellent job. Over the following weeks she worked with me and helped me make the right choices for my particular needs and budget.
