Very Happy Customer I have used L & M Carpet One Floor several times and each time I have been thoroughly pleased. Everyone was so helpful and ready to please. Starting with coming to our home to measure to the installation. Our salesperson, Misty, was so knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The installers did an excellent job. I would recommend L & M every chance I get.

Although the sales people were nice Although the sales people were nice, I did not feel they were very helpful. I was told to check websites to see what I wanted instead of them helping me to make choice. When I asked questions about the difference in carpet brands they kept steering me to their brand w/o answering my questions. My salesperson was on vacation so the product was not ordered until she got back delaying my getting on their schedule. Creative Remodeling did a great job and Mike did a wonderful job on laying the tile. The job is beautiful but the front end experience very disappointing.

From the moment we walked in, Misty was super friendly and helped us every step of the way in our flooring remodel project and we absolutely LOVE our floors and totally recommend using L&M!!!
