Starting with coming to our home to measure to the installation. Our salesperson, Misty, was so knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The installers did an excellent job. Outstanding Service After major flooding in our house, we had enough with contractors, what was suppose to be a 4 week remodel of our master bath turned into a 3 month repairs from our second floor all the way through the basement. Laurel Stegman from L&M Carpet One could not have been more helpful. She worked tirelessly with my wife and they installed all the carpet in our house in less then 2 days. The installers were outstanding both for the carpet and vinyl installation. Laurel has a passion for her job and desire to make sure the customer is happy.

love our new Coretec plus flooring We had been to several places looking at options and pricing for a new flooring for our den. There were so many options especially having 2 dogs with some research and the with the help of John we were able to come up with a decision and price that was within our budget. Overall our experience was wonderful as was our installer, Tracy(sp). The removal and install did take a day and a half but Tracy cut no corners on the quality of work he did.
