Platinum level service to match the amazing flooring The flooring quality is amazing for all three types we chose - luxury vinyl tile, carpet, and wood. The installation was completed exactly as scheduled. The installers took extra care and all the trim work/walls were left in excellent condition. I was really impressed with the workmanship and attention to detail. I would choose L&M again knowing they're an end-to-end full service company.

We purchased new carpet for the 2nd… We purchased new carpet for the 2nd floor of our home. Thanks to Kelly, the decision making and purchasing process went better than we could ever have imagined. The instillation was completed as scheduled. Cotton and Charles did excellent work! As s result of our great experience with the carpeting, with Kelly’s assistance, we’re now preparing to complete the tiling in two (2) remodeled bathrooms. That work will begin in the next couple of weeks. Thanks to Kelly and all the folks at L&M for their personal touch and professionalism throughout this entire process!

love our new Coretec plus flooring We had been to several places looking at options and pricing for a new flooring for our den. There were so many options especially having 2 dogs with some research and the with the help of John we were able to come up with a decision and price that was within our budget. Overall our experience was wonderful as was our installer, Tracy(sp). The removal and install did take a day and a half but Tracy cut no corners on the quality of work he did.

Outstanding service! We would rate a “10”, if possible. Our experience with L&M was nothing less than excellent, from the selection/sales process, to installation, and after care! Our representative, John Gaines, provided the utmost professionalism, courtesy, and genuine interest in our complete satisfaction. He truly gave more than what was expected. The installers did a beautiful job, and though our stairwell isn’t “square”, they came back out to adjust the pattern so it has the illusion of being square. We love our new carpet! Our sincere thanks and appreciation to L&M...we couldn’t be happier!

Absolutely the best! From start to finish, buying flooring from L&M was such an enjoyable experience. Misty goes out of her way to take time, explaining options, and following up. I ended up getting vinyl flooring for 2 rooms. Matt scheduled the installation and all went according to timetable I was promised. Steve, John, and Vic were the installers. They arrived on time, worked non-stop, and finished both rooms in one day! They were polite, professional, and cleaned up everything. My husband and I have had many home additions and renovations done over the past several years, and this went smoother than any of them. I just can't say enough positive things about L&M. They are the best!
