Excellent Service and High Quality Carpet Christine was a huge help in my carpet buying process. Starting with the selection process, Christine came to my house and provided much needed input on carpet. She helped me stay within my budget and was extremely helpful in finding a better alternative when we ran into a slight issue with my original choice. I highly recommend Carpeteria, and Christine, and will buy from them again.

Mostly awesome. The guys that did the carpet were great. In and out in one day and it looks great. The hardwood floor crew did a great job on the floors but they were really sloppy with the baseboards and the caulk. It's uneven and spotty and smeared in places. It's the final detail and it's noticeably sloppy.

Superior service & Quality product! From the start to the finish I was impressed and our expectations exceeded with Carpet One! John Medina was very helpful, answered all my questions, and assisted us with the best carpet for our home. I really liked the extra steps they take in clean up and spraying a microbial before the new carpet was installed. Our family is very happy with the new carpet, the installation process and I really like the warranty. I would recommend Carpet One to any other options based on their product options, service and warranty!

Five Stars If you desire excellent customer service when purchasing carpeting or flooring, we recommend that you contact Sean Moran at the Morena store. We purchased carpeting from him in April, 2013 and now again in December, 2016. He did everything that he could to make the process of selection and installation easy for us. He listened to our needs and recommended options, including hard surface floor options. He let us take home samples and answered questions about the alternatives. He seems very knowledgeable and is willing to do whatever is necessary to assist in helping us make the decisions without pressuring us. Both times on the day of installation, he came with the installers to ensure that things would go smoothly before leaving. The installation was very professional with even a supervisor stopping by to inspect. We are so grateful that the Carpeteria/Carpet One team worked so hard to try to eliminate stress and provide a very positive experience.
