Lina helped us replace the existing carpet and get the new carpet laid with a minimum of fuss. Carpeteria also have excellent experienced people to install the carpet and this was really appreciated.

John Medina was very helpful, answered all my questions, and assisted us with the best carpet for our home. I really liked the extra steps they take in clean up and spraying a microbial before the new carpet was installed. We were in a position where we really weren't excited to look for carpet simply because our remodeling wasn't something that was our decision. Not only that, it was stressful to stay within a budget since everywhere we looked, we found carpets that was poor quality but over priced. Tony asked us what our budget was, what type of carpet we were looking for and he basically helped us by choosing a carpet that was good quality and at an amazing price. Tony even took the time to explain things that I didn't understand about purchasing carpet such as the sizing. His customer service was amazing. Five Stars If you desire excellent customer service when purchasing carpeting or flooring, we recommend that you contact Sean Moran at the Morena store. We purchased carpeting from him in April, 2013 and now again in December, 2016. He did everything that he could to make the process of selection and installation easy for us. He listened to our needs and recommended options, including hard surface floor options. He let us take home samples and answered questions about the alternatives. He seems very knowledgeable and is willing to do whatever is necessary to assist in helping us make the decisions without pressuring us. Both times on the day of installation, he came with the installers to ensure that things would go smoothly before leaving. The installation was very professional with even a supervisor stopping by to inspect. We are so grateful that the Carpeteria/Carpet One team worked so hard to try to eliminate stress and provide a very positive experience.
