Loving this tv! New samsung flat screen just got delivered today! I had great customer service. Placing my order online was easy and a company rep even called to verify and double check all my info before it shipped!! I'm very happy with my entire transaction, start to finish.

Easy smooth transaction I found audiovideonation listing a samsung un65f9000 at the most competitive price I can find. Since they look like a new seller, I was nervous as first but I called them and I'm glad I did. They answered all my questions and I had a lot . Pleasantly pleased! I looked around for a while for my Samsung Plasma TV. I ran across a lot of bad reviews of other online retailers, so I was very hesitant to even order online. Audiovideonation was a little more expensive than some of the other sites, but I still saved $350 over the big box stores. I recieved my TV in about two weeks after my order was placed, which is a little long but i do live in SD outside of their normal delivery area, so it took a little longer. It came it great shape and works well! It was a new in the box USA model just as described! I had a very good experience, despite being very nervous about placing such a big ticket item online.

I received a call from the freight carrier just a couple of days later scheduling a deliver date. My television has arrived today in perfect condition.
