Terrible shipping problems Terrible shipping problems. 17 days and counting on items purchased. Danielle promised phone call back yesterday to tell me shipping status, and she never did so. At times, you cannot get through to them on telephone, and no answer to email.

Since they look like a new seller, I was nervous as first but I called them and I'm glad I did. They answered all my questions and I had a lot . Merchandise was delivered yesterday in a very professional manner. They allowed me to inspect my tv which is what I was worried about in the 1st place. Worst Company- Never Buy I placed an order for TV during Thanks Giving and still waiting for it. Whenever I call, they say they have over sold it and pay more or choose different TV or forcing me to cancel the order. Complained to BBB and no use. If you send about an inquiry about the TV, they reply saying it is available at higher price. Unfortunately there is no 'Zero' star to rate.

Best price around. I ordered a 70" tv on this website and received a call from a rep the following day to verify my order information. Rep was polite and helpful. I received a call from the freight carrier just a couple of days later scheduling a deliver date. My television has arrived today in perfect condition. Delivery man brought the tv right into my living. Great service
