William was very knowledgeable, Lightning fast Service I must say i am very surprised with the level of service i received i called in to place a order on a 70" led and was not sure between two models and i was very surprised of the amount of knowledge William had to point out the positive and negative of both TV's . there was no pressure and i felt very comfortable with the decision i made. Easy smooth transaction I found audiovideonation listing a samsung un65f9000 at the most competitive price I can find. Since they look like a new seller, I was nervous as first but I called them and I'm glad I did. They answered all my questions and I had a lot . Merchandise was delivered yesterday in a very professional manner. They allowed me to inspect my tv which is what I was worried about in the 1st place. I am very satisfied with my purchase and I highly recommend these guys!

Worst Company- Never Buy I placed an order for TV during Thanks Giving and still waiting for it. Whenever I call, they say they have over sold it and pay more or choose different TV or forcing me to cancel the order. Complained to BBB and no use. If you send about an inquiry about the TV, they reply saying it is available at higher price. Unfortunately there is no 'Zero' star to rate.

The first thing that impressed me was the service. Not pushy at all, just nice and knowledgeable. I ended up buying a great system based on their recommendations. It was installed a few days later and everything went really smooth. Everything was set up quickly and efficiently , including hanging the TV and placing the speakers and sub-woofer perfectly.
