Sent an email to their support team and no response. I finally called the customer service and Jason answered and when I complained he says he would get to the bottom of this and call the shipping manager to find out and call me back. Two days passed and nothing. This is probably the worst online shopping experience I've ever had and I shop online a lot. If no star is available I would give it to this business.

Shady I ordered an HDTV from these guys because they had the cheapest price I could find on the model I was looking for. Before shipping the order, a representative named William called me and *insisted* that I upgrade to freight shipping (instead of using the free shipping I chose), that I add a 3-year third party warranty, and that I add insurance. He also asked for my credit card security code over the phone. Those are some slimy low-ball sales tactics. I canceled the order and shopped elsewhere.

Great service! I had reservations about buying from a small company. I ordered a 65: Sony 4K HDTV and when it arrived, I noticed the thin frame had a slight bend and the screen was warped. I refused the shipment. William was very helpful and stood behind the sale. When the Sony was returned, he shipped a new TV and send me the tracking information. The new HDTV arrived and had a unbent frame and clear screen. William was 100% professional and took ownership of the problem followed up with a phone call call to make sure I was happy. Great customer support and service!

I have been shopping around for an LG OLED65E7P for quite a while now and honestly found this tv cheaper elsewhere but sometimes if it sounds too good to be true it probably is. AudioVideoNation.com are the least expensive legitimate and honest seller out there. They don’t try Not 1 trick or scheme like most of those other sellers out there. Pleasantly pleased! I looked around for a while for my Samsung Plasma TV. I ran across a lot of bad reviews of other online retailers, so I was very hesitant to even order online. Audiovideonation was a little more expensive than some of the other sites, but I still saved $350 over the big box stores. I recieved my TV in about two weeks after my order was placed, which is a little long but i do live in SD outside of their normal delivery area, so it took a little longer. It came it great shape and works well! It was a new in the box USA model just as described! I had a very good experience, despite being very nervous about placing such a big ticket item online.
