GBFinally an Honest Seller! After a long wait and much aggravation with a different company, I finally cancelled my old order and decided to purchase my television wish AudioVideoNation.com. I have been shopping around for an LG OLED65E7P for quite a while now and honestly found this tv cheaper elsewhere but sometimes if it sounds too good to be true it probably is. AudioVideoNation.com are the least expensive legitimate and honest seller out there. They don’t try Not 1 trick or scheme like most of those other sellers out there. GBBest price around. I ordered a 70" tv on this website and received a call from a rep the following day to verify my order information. Rep was polite and helpful. I received a call from the freight carrier just a couple of days later scheduling a deliver date. My television has arrived today in perfect condition. Delivery man brought the tv right into my living. Great service

GBGreat service! I had reservations about buying from a small company. I ordered a 65: Sony 4K HDTV and when it arrived, I noticed the thin frame had a slight bend and the screen was warped. I refused the shipment. William was very helpful and stood behind the sale. When the Sony was returned, he shipped a new TV and send me the tracking information. The new HDTV arrived and had a unbent frame and clear screen. William was 100% professional and took ownership of the problem followed up with a phone call call to make sure I was happy. Great customer support and service!

GBOrdered Denon AV receiver online Ordered Denon AV receiver online. After more than two weeks now the UPS tracking still shows it's being processed. Sent an email to their support team and no response. I finally called the customer service and Jason answered and when I complained he says he would get to the bottom of this and call the shipping manager to find out and call me back. Two days passed and nothing. This is probably the worst online shopping experience I've ever had and I shop online a lot. If no star is available I would give it to this business.
