Customer Service over the top Hi, I recently bought accessories as a surprise for my boyfriend's home theater system. When I got the package I found out I had ordered the wrong ones. I had the best customer service experience with Mike! I'm so happy I went with these guys to help me pick out and instally my new home entertainments system. The first thing that impressed me was the service. Not pushy at all, just nice and knowledgeable. I ended up buying a great system based on their recommendations. It was installed a few days later and everything went really smooth. Everything was set up quickly and efficiently , including hanging the TV and placing the speakers and sub-woofer perfectly. All around great service.

Quite Pleased Hello there, I am writing to share that I am quite pleased with my recent experience. I procrastinated for a while on my purchase of a new digital camera because as I was shopping around I was finding that the prices were quite high. I came across this company and they had the best price I could find. I got some great photos over the weekend at my niece's wedding thanks to my new digital camera.

Shady I ordered an HDTV from these guys because they had the cheapest price I could find on the model I was looking for. Before shipping the order, a representative named William called me and *insisted* that I upgrade to freight shipping (instead of using the free shipping I chose), that I add a 3-year third party warranty, and that I add insurance. He also asked for my credit card security code over the phone. Those are some slimy low-ball sales tactics. I canceled the order and shopped elsewhere.
