Great service! I had reservations about buying from a small company. I ordered a 65: Sony 4K HDTV and when it arrived, I noticed the thin frame had a slight bend and the screen was warped. I refused the shipment. William was very helpful and stood behind the sale. When the Sony was returned, he shipped a new TV and send me the tracking information. The new HDTV arrived and had a unbent frame and clear screen. William was 100% professional and took ownership of the problem followed up with a phone call call to make sure I was happy. The gentleman who I spoke to on the phone answered all my questions and eased my concerns. I ordered my new reciever, received my UPS tracking number, 5 business days later it arrived at my door.
