Very happy process As I shopped and compared pricing from different web sites I decited to call before ordering .. The gentleman who I spoke to on the phone answered all my questions and eased my concerns. I ordered my new reciever, received my UPS tracking number, 5 business days later it arrived at my door. Pleasantly pleased! I looked around for a while for my Samsung Plasma TV. I ran across a lot of bad reviews of other online retailers, so I was very hesitant to even order online. Audiovideonation was a little more expensive than some of the other sites, but I still saved $350 over the big box stores. I recieved my TV in about two weeks after my order was placed, which is a little long but i do live in SD outside of their normal delivery area, so it took a little longer. It came it great shape and works well! It was a new in the box USA model just as described! I had a very good experience, despite being very nervous about placing such a big ticket item online.

William was very knowledgeable, Lightning fast Service I must say i am very surprised with the level of service i received i called in to place a order on a 70" led and was not sure between two models and i was very surprised of the amount of knowledge William had to point out the positive and negative of both TV's . there was no pressure and i felt very comfortable with the decision i made.
