Shady I ordered an HDTV from these guys because they had the cheapest price I could find on the model I was looking for. Before shipping the order, a representative named William called me and *insisted* that I upgrade to freight shipping (instead of using the free shipping I chose), that I add a 3-year third party warranty, and that I add insurance. He also asked for my credit card security code over the phone. Those are some slimy low-ball sales tactics. I canceled the order and shopped elsewhere.

William was very knowledgeable, Lightning fast Service I must say i am very surprised with the level of service i received i called in to place a order on a 70" led and was not sure between two models and i was very surprised of the amount of knowledge William had to point out the positive and negative of both TV's . there was no pressure and i felt very comfortable with the decision i made. Great service! I had reservations about buying from a small company. I ordered a 65: Sony 4K HDTV and when it arrived, I noticed the thin frame had a slight bend and the screen was warped. I refused the shipment. William was very helpful and stood behind the sale. When the Sony was returned, he shipped a new TV and send me the tracking information.
