GBOrdered Denon AV receiver online Ordered Denon AV receiver online. After more than two weeks now the UPS tracking still shows it's being processed. Sent an email to their support team and no response. I finally called the customer service and Jason answered and when I complained he says he would get to the bottom of this and call the shipping manager to find out and call me back. Two days passed and nothing. This is probably the worst online shopping experience I've ever had and I shop online a lot. If no star is available I would give it to this business.

KEThe AVN crew was very professional The AVN crew was very professional, polite and easy to communicate with. They gave us a listening ear to every important area we needed paid attention to. They also arrived on time for the recording gig we hired them for. Couldn't get any better. Absolutely satisfied.

GBLoving this tv! New samsung flat screen just got delivered today! I had great customer service. Placing my order online was easy and a company rep even called to verify and double check all my info before it shipped!! I'm very happy with my entire transaction, start to finish.

GBWorst Company- Never Buy I placed an order for TV during Thanks Giving and still waiting for it. Whenever I call, they say they have over sold it and pay more or choose different TV or forcing me to cancel the order. Complained to BBB and no use. If you send about an inquiry about the TV, they reply saying it is available at higher price. Unfortunately there is no 'Zero' star to rate.

GBCustomer Service over the top Hi, I recently bought accessories as a surprise for my boyfriend's home theater system. When I got the package I found out I had ordered the wrong ones. Thank goodness for Stephanie at Audio Video Nation -- she called me shortly after my email, helped me get my return processed, and helped me buy the right ones.
