Finally an Honest Seller! After a long wait and much aggravation with a different company, I finally cancelled my old order and decided to purchase my television wish AudioVideoNation.com. I have been shopping around for an LG OLED65E7P for quite a while now and honestly found this tv cheaper elsewhere but sometimes if it sounds too good to be true it probably is. AudioVideoNation.com are the least expensive legitimate and honest seller out there. They don’t try Not 1 trick or scheme like most of those other sellers out there. I had the best customer service experience with Mike! I'm so happy I went with these guys to help me pick out and instally my new home entertainments system. The first thing that impressed me was the service. Not pushy at all, just nice and knowledgeable. I ended up buying a great system based on their recommendations. It was installed a few days later and everything went really smooth. Everything was set up quickly and efficiently , including hanging the TV and placing the speakers and sub-woofer perfectly. All around great service.

Terrible shipping problems Terrible shipping problems. 17 days and counting on items purchased. Danielle promised phone call back yesterday to tell me shipping status, and she never did so. At times, you cannot get through to them on telephone, and no answer to email.

Shady I ordered an HDTV from these guys because they had the cheapest price I could find on the model I was looking for. Before shipping the order, a representative named William called me and *insisted* that I upgrade to freight shipping (instead of using the free shipping I chose), that I add a 3-year third party warranty, and that I add insurance. He also asked for my credit card security code over the phone. Those are some slimy low-ball sales tactics. I canceled the order and shopped elsewhere.
