I procrastinated for a while on my purchase of a new digital camera because as I was shopping around I was finding that the prices were quite high. Terrible shipping problems Terrible shipping problems. 17 days and counting on items purchased. Danielle promised phone call back yesterday to tell me shipping status, and she never did so. At times, you cannot get through to them on telephone, and no answer to email.

I received a call from the freight carrier just a couple of days later scheduling a deliver date. My television has arrived today in perfect condition. Delivery man brought the tv right into my living. Great service
