It was installed a few days later and everything went really smooth. Everything was set up quickly and efficiently , including hanging the TV and placing the speakers and sub-woofer perfectly. Terrible shipping problems Terrible shipping problems. 17 days and counting on items purchased. Danielle promised phone call back yesterday to tell me shipping status, and she never did so. At times, you cannot get through to them on telephone, and no answer to email.
