Ordered Denon AV receiver online Ordered Denon AV receiver online. After more than two weeks now the UPS tracking still shows it's being processed. Sent an email to their support team and no response. I finally called the customer service and Jason answered and when I complained he says he would get to the bottom of this and call the shipping manager to find out and call me back. Two days passed and nothing. This is probably the worst online shopping experience I've ever had and I shop online a lot. If no star is available I would give it to this business.

Customer Service over the top Hi, I recently bought accessories as a surprise for my boyfriend's home theater system. When I got the package I found out I had ordered the wrong ones. Thank goodness for Stephanie at Audio Video Nation -- she called me shortly after my email, helped me get my return processed, and helped me buy the right ones. Easy smooth transaction I found audiovideonation listing a samsung un65f9000 at the most competitive price I can find. Since they look like a new seller, I was nervous as first but I called them and I'm glad I did. They answered all my questions and I had a lot . Merchandise was delivered yesterday in a very professional manner. They allowed me to inspect my tv which is what I was worried about in the 1st place. I am very satisfied with my purchase and I highly recommend these guys!

Very happy process As I shopped and compared pricing from different web sites I decited to call before ordering .. The gentleman who I spoke to on the phone answered all my questions and eased my concerns. I ordered my new reciever, received my UPS tracking number, 5 business days later it arrived at my door. I would most defiantly order from Audiovideonation again..

Shady I ordered an HDTV from these guys because they had the cheapest price I could find on the model I was looking for. Before shipping the order, a representative named William called me and *insisted* that I upgrade to freight shipping (instead of using the free shipping I chose), that I add a 3-year third party warranty, and that I add insurance. He also asked for my credit card security code over the phone. Those are some slimy low-ball sales tactics. I canceled the order and shopped elsewhere.
