Pleasantly pleased! I looked around for a while for my Samsung Plasma TV. I ran across a lot of bad reviews of other online retailers, so I was very hesitant to even order online. Audiovideonation was a little more expensive than some of the other sites, but I still saved $350 over the big box stores. I recieved my TV in about two weeks after my order was placed, which is a little long but i do live in SD outside of their normal delivery area, so it took a little longer. It came it great shape and works well! It was a new in the box USA model just as described! I had a very good experience, despite being very nervous about placing such a big ticket item online.

Very happy process As I shopped and compared pricing from different web sites I decited to call before ordering .. The gentleman who I spoke to on the phone answered all my questions and eased my concerns. I ordered my new reciever, received my UPS tracking number, 5 business days later it arrived at my door.
