I received a call from the freight carrier just a couple of days later scheduling a deliver date. My television has arrived today in perfect condition. Delivery man brought the tv right into my living. Great service

Ordered Denon AV receiver online Ordered Denon AV receiver online. After more than two weeks now the UPS tracking still shows it's being processed. Sent an email to their support team and no response. I finally called the customer service and Jason answered and when I complained he says he would get to the bottom of this and call the shipping manager to find out and call me back. Two days passed and nothing. This is probably the worst online shopping experience I've ever had and I shop online a lot. If no star is available I would give it to this business.

I procrastinated for a while on my purchase of a new digital camera because as I was shopping around I was finding that the prices were quite high. I came across this company and they had the best price I could find. I got some great photos over the weekend at my niece's wedding thanks to my new digital camera.

The first thing that impressed me was the service. Not pushy at all, just nice and knowledgeable. I ended up buying a great system based on their recommendations. It was installed a few days later and everything went really smooth. Everything was set up quickly and efficiently , including hanging the TV and placing the speakers and sub-woofer perfectly. All around great service.
