GBVery happy process As I shopped and compared pricing from different web sites I decited to call before ordering .. The gentleman who I spoke to on the phone answered all my questions and eased my concerns. I ordered my new reciever, received my UPS tracking number, 5 business days later it arrived at my door. I would most defiantly order from Audiovideonation again..

GBPleasantly pleased! I looked around for a while for my Samsung Plasma TV. I ran across a lot of bad reviews of other online retailers, so I was very hesitant to even order online. Audiovideonation was a little more expensive than some of the other sites, but I still saved $350 over the big box stores. I recieved my TV in about two weeks after my order was placed, which is a little long but i do live in SD outside of their normal delivery area, so it took a little longer. It came it great shape and works well! It was a new in the box USA model just as described! I had a very good experience, despite being very nervous about placing such a big ticket item online.

GBLoving this tv! New samsung flat screen just got delivered today! I had great customer service. Placing my order online was easy and a company rep even called to verify and double check all my info before it shipped!! I'm very happy with my entire transaction, start to finish.

GBWorst Company- Never Buy I placed an order for TV during Thanks Giving and still waiting for it. Whenever I call, they say they have over sold it and pay more or choose different TV or forcing me to cancel the order. Complained to BBB and no use. If you send about an inquiry about the TV, they reply saying it is available at higher price. Unfortunately there is no 'Zero' star to rate.

GBShady I ordered an HDTV from these guys because they had the cheapest price I could find on the model I was looking for. Before shipping the order, a representative named William called me and *insisted* that I upgrade to freight shipping (instead of using the free shipping I chose), that I add a 3-year third party warranty, and that I add insurance. He also asked for my credit card security code over the phone. Those are some slimy low-ball sales tactics. I canceled the order and shopped elsewhere.
