Very happy process As I shopped and compared pricing from different web sites I decited to call before ordering .. The gentleman who I spoke to on the phone answered all my questions and eased my concerns. I ordered my new reciever, received my UPS tracking number, 5 business days later it arrived at my door. The first thing that impressed me was the service. Not pushy at all, just nice and knowledgeable. I ended up buying a great system based on their recommendations. It was installed a few days later and everything went really smooth. Everything was set up quickly and efficiently , including hanging the TV and placing the speakers and sub-woofer perfectly.
