Customer Service over the top Hi, I recently bought accessories as a surprise for my boyfriend's home theater system. When I got the package I found out I had ordered the wrong ones. Very happy process As I shopped and compared pricing from different web sites I decited to call before ordering .. The gentleman who I spoke to on the phone answered all my questions and eased my concerns. I ordered my new reciever, received my UPS tracking number, 5 business days later it arrived at my door. I would most defiantly order from Audiovideonation again..

Worst Company- Never Buy I placed an order for TV during Thanks Giving and still waiting for it. Whenever I call, they say they have over sold it and pay more or choose different TV or forcing me to cancel the order. Complained to BBB and no use. If you send about an inquiry about the TV, they reply saying it is available at higher price. Unfortunately there is no 'Zero' star to rate.

Ordered Denon AV receiver online Ordered Denon AV receiver online. After more than two weeks now the UPS tracking still shows it's being processed. Sent an email to their support team and no response. I finally called the customer service and Jason answered and when I complained he says he would get to the bottom of this and call the shipping manager to find out and call me back. Two days passed and nothing. This is probably the worst online shopping experience I've ever had and I shop online a lot. If no star is available I would give it to this business.

William was very knowledgeable, Lightning fast Service I must say i am very surprised with the level of service i received i called in to place a order on a 70" led and was not sure between two models and i was very surprised of the amount of knowledge William had to point out the positive and negative of both TV's . there was no pressure and i felt very comfortable with the decision i made. Tv was up and running in my living room within 2 days. thank you
