Living the Values Our experience working with Columbia Rug and Justin has been stellar! Justin's sense of urgency to not only meet, but exceed our expectations, was evident in all he provided. From a detailed and accurate survey / measurement of our space to following though on assuring all aspects from delivery to install were timely and professional. The Values of Columbia Rug were evident in all Justin provided for us. We found that the installer, Michael Harris was also focused on our needs and provided a professional install. Michael but an emphasis on assuring the patterns match up with all his seams and demonstrated an eye for detail. Love working with Columbia Rug Carpet One I am a Home Stager and own Simply Organized & Staged. I have been working with Columbia Rug Carpet One for over 10 years now. They have been wonderful to work with, helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Every one of the sales and support staff are friendly and easy to work with. I recently moved and needed to replace some carpet in my new home. The process was easy and fast. We had the room measured and got the bid back quickly, the carpet we selected was installed professionally and looks amazing. What separates the good apples from the not so good apples! Needed to have our downstairs updated. Needed help with the type of flooring, plus needed help in order to have flooring people and painters to work together with a schedule that would work for everbody. Could't have asked more from Columbia Rug in that they did everything humanly possible to have this project completed to our utmost satisfaction.
