Great service! We selected Mercer because of the positive online reviews, and we were not disappointed. We told Sheri what we wanted, and she suggested several carpets from which to select. She was very helpful and has a friendly personality. The installers arrived on time and did a wonderful job. We are very pleased with the carpet, and it looks great. You will not regret using Mercer Carpet One Floor & Home.

Very Disappointed! I was very disappointed in the service. The install job on our bathroom was just okay. Mercer never followed up to see if we were satisfied with the job. I will never use Mercer again or recommend them.

Great service over all! Only one concern! Time was scheduled verbally "first installation of the morning"! I took off only 1/2 day from work based on the amount of work that needed to be done, however, the installers did not arrive until 10:00. I wish I had known ahead of time so I could have planned better! This was my second experience with Mercer and both times the overall experience was GREAT!

Awesome experience from sales to completion! We had several areas completed by Mercer Of Ellicott City. They were very helpful in helping us visualize our projects and choose the best products in our price range that fit our design needs. All work was done perfectly and all workers were personable and professional. They worked quickly with minimum disruption and mess. They left the house in perfect condition as well. Hardwood flooring, kitchen tiles and a custom area rug all exceeded expectations.
