Katlin updated us regularly on the progress of the installation. The installer of the hardwood (Chris) did an excellent job, as well as Dave who installed the carpet. Katlin, Chris and Dave were easy to deal with. They guided us and advised us on the work that was done. also educated us on proper maintenance. Our hardwood floor and carpet look beautiful!!!

Awesome experience from sales to completion! We had several areas completed by Mercer Of Ellicott City. They were very helpful in helping us visualize our projects and choose the best products in our price range that fit our design needs. All work was done perfectly and all workers were personable and professional. They worked quickly with minimum disruption and mess. They left the house in perfect condition as well. Hardwood flooring, kitchen tiles and a custom area rug all exceeded expectations.

Great Experience with Mercer One Our sales person was great! She went through numerous samples with us and after we selected the carpet we wanted she came to the house to expertly measure the area. Even brought samples to confirm the color selection versus the room colors.The installers were likewise just as professional.They were in and out in no time.
