Excellent customer service I recently purchased engineered luxury vinyl flooring for my living room. The wait time for installation after ordering seemed a bit long, but the holidays were part of that wait. The two-person crew who removed my carpet and installed the flooring worked fast, and my new floor is beautiful. I also purchased an area rug from Loews, and I received good advice from the staff before purchasing. I try to shop local when I can, and I'm very glad I did.
