Highly Recommend! We have had Loews Carpet One update numerous floors in our home and have been very satisfied with each improvement. We loved that we could check out floor samples to make sure that the color choice was what we wanted. The service is excellent and they do a great job with scheduling a time that fits into our busy schedules. We would highly recommend Loews for your carpet and hard flooring needs.

Great to shop with The store staff at our local Lowes is friendly and knowledgeable about their products. The installers that did the installation were professional and did quality work. Only issue we had was a snowstorm the first date for installation. They called a few days before to confirm and said it would depend on the weather if they came out. A phone call that day would have been nice to know either way. We'll be back though. Nice to keep local business busy.

Excellent customer service I recently purchased engineered luxury vinyl flooring for my living room. The wait time for installation after ordering seemed a bit long, but the holidays were part of that wait. The two-person crew who removed my carpet and installed the flooring worked fast, and my new floor is beautiful. I also purchased an area rug from Loews, and I received good advice from the staff before purchasing. I try to shop local when I can, and I'm very glad I did.

Satisfaction! Loews Carpet One Floor & Home staff are EXCELLENT! I shopped for flooring for an extended period of time. Becky explained the features of each different floor and helped me pick out numerous samples to take home. We finally made a decision, set a date and prepared to wait for the installation. I was delighted to receive a call to say I could move installation up if I wanted. New Hardwoods were expertly installed and they look wonderful. Just in time for Christmas! Always great service I have used Loew's many times for a variety of projects. They have a great selection in a wide variety of colors, prices, and materials. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
