Great to shop with The store staff at our local Lowes is friendly and knowledgeable about their products. The installers that did the installation were professional and did quality work. Only issue we had was a snowstorm the first date for installation. They called a few days before to confirm and said it would depend on the weather if they came out. A phone call that day would have been nice to know either way. We'll be back though. Nice to keep local business busy.

I love my new carpet on my porch I love my new carpet on my porch. I purchased at Loews Carpet One because my experience with their installation 22 years ago was superb! They installed carpeting throughout my whole house back then. I had put down a printed carpet in my living room and dining room and the matching was so professional. Even up the stairway and through the hallway. Perfect. That's why when it was time to replace the carpet on the porch, there was no doubt that I wanted them to do the installation. The young man that did the installation this time was so polite and did a fantastic job. They are #1 in my book.

We love our new floors! We love our new carpet and laminate flooring! Kathy was so sweet and very helpful, she helped us find exactly what we wanted and we were able to take samples home and come up with the right colors. Dan was also very helpful with ideas and talked with us about ways to clean our new laminate flooring. Any issues that came up were quickly and professionally handled.
