Disappointed I too spent the extra money to get these rushed. They were not. I had ordered 4 photos and they only sent me 3 to review. When I brought this to their attention it took them many days to even respond and they rushed it and did not get it right. While I received the portraits I ordered they were not done properly. They let you review the photos prior to printing and sending and told them about the problem they ignored my request and sent them anyway so I now have 3 photos with my pets name on them and one without. The customer service is lacking for sure!

Quality Product, Quality Service The order process was very easy and smooth, as well as selecting a background and confirming my order. There was some delay in shipping (third party) and PetCanva was VERY responsive to me in sorting out the details of my shipment and helping to make sure everything was okay with my order. My product arrived promptly after, with the blanket being incredibly soft and the artwork incredibly detailed and accurate! Placed another order within 3 days - a great gift idea.

The artwork is outstanding quality and looks just like the photo you provide. Highly recommend. Will be ordering from them again.

I have bought off them 2 times now I have bought off them 2 times now, both times exceeded my expectations as far as customer service experience and actual product go! The only waiting time was shipping to Australia but that was exacerbated by covid-19 delays and no fault of Pet Canvas at all. The artist did an amazing job and listened when I asked for art revisions. The staff go above and beyond to reply to emails, one member of staff took the time to find real life examples of blanket backgrounds for me.

Amazing quality, best gift ever!!! This blanket was for a friend who lost their fur baby earlier in the year. I folded the blanket inside out so the white Sherpa was only showing, they thought it was just another blanket. With a ribbon holding it together and I note to say “open me” when they turned it around to see the image the emotions instantly overwhelmed them. I was also super surprised how good the quality was, super warm and the image looked amazing!!
