They involve you in the creation process so that you are happy with the finished product before it’s even made. When you are providing these items as gifts, this is so important! Quality Product, Quality Service The order process was very easy and smooth, as well as selecting a background and confirming my order. There was some delay in shipping (third party) and PetCanva was VERY responsive to me in sorting out the details of my shipment and helping to make sure everything was okay with my order. My product arrived promptly after, with the blanket being incredibly soft and the artwork incredibly detailed and accurate! Placed another order within 3 days - a great gift idea.

Disappointed I too spent the extra money to get these rushed. They were not. I had ordered 4 photos and they only sent me 3 to review. When I brought this to their attention it took them many days to even respond and they rushed it and did not get it right. While I received the portraits I ordered they were not done properly. They let you review the photos prior to printing and sending and told them about the problem they ignored my request and sent them anyway so I now have 3 photos with my pets name on them and one without. The customer service is lacking for sure!

Very impressed by the quality and… Very impressed by the quality and service of Pet Canva. My housemates loved the blanket I got them as a gift with their two dogs on it and I’ll certainly be ordering myself one of my own dog. Highly recommend PetCanva and I hope to gradually order different products or theirs over time due to the amazing product just received!
