There was some delay in shipping (third party) and PetCanva was VERY responsive to me in sorting out the details of my shipment and helping to make sure everything was okay with my order. My product arrived promptly after, with the blanket being incredibly soft and the artwork incredibly detailed and accurate! Placed another order within 3 days - a great gift idea.

They involve you in the creation process so that you are happy with the finished product before it’s even made. When you are providing these items as gifts, this is so important! AUAmazing quality, best gift ever!!! This blanket was for a friend who lost their fur baby earlier in the year. I folded the blanket inside out so the white Sherpa was only showing, they thought it was just another blanket. With a ribbon holding it together and I note to say “open me” when they turned it around to see the image the emotions instantly overwhelmed them. I was also super surprised how good the quality was, super warm and the image looked amazing!!

GBNever received my item and customer support is ignoring my emails This company is a complete and utter joke. I ordered I personalised gift for my girlfriend for her birthday on the 29th of August. They fudged up the orders and sent my item to another person and sent me theirs. I returned the wrong order and was told the correct order would be shipped ASAP… then when I’ve asked for an update on what’s going on I get the same garbage excuses and they say ‘we will update you soon with your tracking order’. It’s now the 9th of October and the customer support are now completely ignoring my emails. I was told my circumstances would warrant a refund in one email but when I ask for one I get ignored. This genuinely feels like a scam and is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with buying a product from any company. Stay clear of these people as they will happily take your money but you may never receive what you paid for.
