I have bought off them 2 times now I have bought off them 2 times now, both times exceeded my expectations as far as customer service experience and actual product go! The only waiting time was shipping to Australia but that was exacerbated by covid-19 delays and no fault of Pet Canvas at all. The artist did an amazing job and listened when I asked for art revisions. The staff go above and beyond to reply to emails, one member of staff took the time to find real life examples of blanket backgrounds for me.

LOVE PET CANVA I am totally obsessed with my dog and I’ve ordered with Pet CANVA about 6-8 various times, mostly portraits but I’ve also gotten blankets, hoodies, phone cases, stickers and also gifts for friends and I absolutely love every one of them! I do wish the had a zip up hoodie with the portrait on the back 😋

Adorable pillow and GREAT service I ordered a pillow for my sister’s birthday with her new puppy on it. Got my digital file pretty quick, then totally forgot about the pillow but when I inquired about it, I got an email back with tracking at 3am. Lol gotta say some AMAZING custom service😃

Would leave this company zero stars if… Would leave this company zero stars if possible. Ignore there fake reviews and lovely pet advert they are a nightmare. I paid the extra £8 for the 3-5 working day delivery and here I am 28 days later with the canvas. The tracking link they sent for DTCS is sketchy at best, I’ve watched the canvas traverse around India at least 3 times. The canvas itself is poor quality and the picture of my dog is not centred correctly. Customer service is very slow, probably a week for them to reply with an automated response. Please stay away from this company it’s not worth the hassle.

Quality Product, Quality Service The order process was very easy and smooth, as well as selecting a background and confirming my order. There was some delay in shipping (third party) and PetCanva was VERY responsive to me in sorting out the details of my shipment and helping to make sure everything was okay with my order. My product arrived promptly after, with the blanket being incredibly soft and the artwork incredibly detailed and accurate! Placed another order within 3 days - a great gift idea.
