Avoid Get Rung Interlocking Tiles! Tiles drastically varied in color not the "slight color variation" they mention and did not interlock properly. I chose this company because of the good reviews and was the worst mistake ever. Get Rung will not replace defective tiles nor offer compensation for poor quality tiles. I wouldn't do business with a company that doesn't stand by their product. Once again I have proof GET RUNG will not replace or compensate customer for defective tiles. They 100% declined (in writing) to fix their error from their low quality tiles. The customer service experience with this company was very unprofessional and not once did they apologize about their product having defects and not being what I ordered. I do not trust this company and they lack professionalism. My review will stand until they fix their error which as of 11/5/2017 they have 100% refused (in writing from owner). Worst customer experience in my life. BEWARE

Trash time for these. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - THEY ARE ACCUSATORY AND PUSH BLAME ON CUSTOMER (in my opinion). All I wanted was to know the lifespan of their product and I get accused to trying to get in a "pissing match" with them (their words not mine). So I wrote a not so glowing review of this product but I have since changed my review to talk and show the poor customer service I have received. Either way the product totally fell apart (after 10 years of basically no use) but it was the way I was treated that is appalling and I want potential customers to read for themselves and decide so I will include their and my correspondence with each other and let you be the judge. This is what I first wrote: "I have a question I have 20 of these tiles 10 red and 10 white. How long are they supposed to last as the red ones are all dried out and falling apart. They were hardly ever used and kept in the storage bag." This was the companies response: "Under normal conditions they typically last many many years. I have no idea under what conditions they were stored in and how they were affected. Sort of impossible for us to speculate." I wrote back: "Well they are about 10 years old. I wasn't sure if they had a lifespan of the foam." They wrote back: "Plus if you have that amount of tiles, you may not have bought from us as we don’t sell in those quantities." I then left a poor review and this is what they wrote me back asking me to remove the review: "Really? You write us a 1 start review based on this interaction? Let me help here a bit and I hope you choose to do the right thing. 1) You cannot buy 10 tiles of a color, those are pack if you take the time to review the ordering 2) we have no idea what storage conditions are. In AZ here, that could be very hot and dry and most things don't last 10 years 3) you could not have spent $500 on 20 tiles of any of our products, no way about that, way more than ours cost 4) when you don't use any flexible product for 10 years, it can lose its elasticity, this is common sense Now, we are happy to help, but it seems you are just looking for some sort of a fight with us and we don’t' even thing you bought from us to begin with. Happy to help you out, but kindly remove that review as it is not pertinent." I wrote back with pictures of their product showing it was theirs and falling apart: "my apologies it looks like 12 and 12 of each I didn't count them all but it sure looks like your product to me." This is the response I get back again asking me to remove my poor review: "Great, of course it is ours seeing that. But you let some foam rot in a dry hot basement and our reply to your message should have found no offense to you whatsoever. We answered what we could. Your review online was an incredibly uncalled for act of aggression and spite. We are formally requesting you remove it. thank you" My response: "Actually my basement is kept at 68 degrees and humidity is kept between 30 to 50 percent. And all I asked was how long they should last which you did not answer. " And their final response: "Actually did and still had no idea about storage when I did. I’m not continuing this stupid pissing match with you. Clearly you are just someone wanting to D’ana he to others, hence the review. We d already files a claim so be it. Thanks for reaching out to simply harass us. We won’t rely further. You should be ashamed of yourself " So you decide for yourself if this is a company you want to give your business to. I'm just letting you know what happened to me.

Very Poor Quality Mats I bought the Get Rung 1" mats for my new school and was disappointed from day one. The mats have stains on them, they are slippery, they are hard as a rock, the red mats are all different shades and the color of the red mats gets on your feet and uniform when you work out on them. I have had mats from several other company's and have never had issues like this. I went cheap and got what I paid for. Do yourself a favor and spend a little extra money to get a quality mat. When I brought this up to the owner of Get Rung about a month ago, he said he would check with the factory and never contacted me since. I guess I should of known that a cheap price would mean a cheap mat.

Rude customer service, high quality discolored products Look at the reviews, their product feels like a good quality, it is extremely discolored and can't be used for cosplay, but as a mat to play on for a cement floor it is fine. As for their customer service, don't bother! They are rude and will just point out that you got free shipping on a $15 product(Walmart's price) that they charge $20 to $30 dollars on. Also they swear, I asked about the discoloration after it shipped to get advice on the kind of spray paint to use to fix it and they said, and I quote "What the hell is wrong with you?!?" If you need EVA tiles and color doesn't matter then go ahead and buy them!

Modern and Affordable Solution I wanted a cost-effective solution to a damp and cold basement used primarily for my workouts and gym equipment. Get Rung flooring is comfortable, easy to install by yourself, affordable, and the myriad of color choices make it easy to match any decor. I chose the bright orange for a modern and cheerful look, and best of all, it's waterproof. Also discovered there are many uses for leftover tiles. Very satisfied customer.
