The product is fantastic and so is the service. BAM! The customer service was wonderful and fast. Questions were answered quickly and the prices were unbeatable. I know...I checked. Over 1300 Sqft of Getrung in our facility These mats are fantastic! We have over 1300 sqft of these mats, and we love the quality and cushion. Our gym does BJJ and conditioning classes, and we always receive compliments on how the mats feel. Since these mats can be flipped, that also adds another layer of satisfaction. If a mat gets damaged somehow, you can always flip it over to the other side. Getrung has always shipped super fast, and their team has been super. If you are looking for quality mats, look no further. You will not find anything close to this for the price.

Awesome Product/Speed/Service Ordered a set of floor mats for my upcoming camping trip (plan on using them to soften the flooring of my tent, and to prevent my air mattress from sliding around). I ordered well in advance thinking that I wanted to give extra time for shipping since I was doing the standard shipping method. When one of the items in my order turned up to be out of stock, I received a personal email from a representative stating that they would send what they had on hand now, and the remainder in a week or so when the rest was available. I received my order within 5 days of purchase, and now I am just sitting around waiting for camping season to start! Thanks a ton for everything, now can you make it spring?

Fast delivery but.. Highlights of my experience: - They are very fast, ships with FedEx and track# very promptly. - Unbeatable prices versus competitors. Constructive feedback: - Mats smelled very harsh of chemicals, there was a huge recall and debate about materials used a few years back and sparked a huge amount of needed regulation. GetRung's test results are fairly outdated and hopefully have safety regulations as mats can be very hazardous if not treated properly.

Very Poor Quality Mats I bought the Get Rung 1" mats for my new school and was disappointed from day one. The mats have stains on them, they are slippery, they are hard as a rock, the red mats are all different shades and the color of the red mats gets on your feet and uniform when you work out on them. I have had mats from several other company's and have never had issues like this. I went cheap and got what I paid for. Do yourself a favor and spend a little extra money to get a quality mat. When I brought this up to the owner of Get Rung about a month ago, he said he would check with the factory and never contacted me since. I guess I should of known that a cheap price would mean a cheap mat.
