Excellent job done by Foold Damage Pro Our hot water heater burst this morning. Luckily we caught it early. Even though we had a soaked carpet and floor in our basement (don’t want to think how much worse it could have been). I tried to remove as much water as I can from the carpet but it was still wet and my basement doesn’t’ have good circulation. After reading online about the risk of mold, I decided to call a water damage restoration company. I found Flood Damage Pro online with good reviews and gave them a call. As a customer, I can see why the 5 starts! They came within 1.5 hours of my call. The team were very helpful. Inspect the entire area, explained and answered all my questions. After they started working they found a spot of black mold behind one of the baseboards. That was exactly what I was afraid of and the reason for calling them. Obviously it was no longer just a quick drying job, but a mold remediation job. Fortunately that was the only spot of mold found in their thorough inspection. The technician came the next day or the final cleanup/teardown. All were punctual, worked quickly and professionally, and were really pleasant, thoughtful people. Hopefully you’ll never have a water situation, but if you do and you’re reading this review, give them a call.

Thanks for all your help! We came home from a vacation and found the ceilings in our condo dripping water because the upstairs neighbors' water heater blew. Geez, what do we do now, we were tired, stressed and definitely not in the mood to deal with anything like this. Our neighbors gave us Flood damage pro’s number. We were welcomed by a very nice girl names Karen on the other line. We explained the situation, and she reassured me they’ll deal with everything. And they did. I took my family and we continued our vacation at a hotel. The technician and his team fixed everything. He kept us in the loop on every detail of the restoration. Our carpets looked better than ever, the ceiling was fixed and painted and I was able to breathe again. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I just had to do it this time. Al and the team at Flood damage pro were exceptional.

Great Team I call them few times with all sorts of questions (I had to do my due diligence). The representative on the phone was kind and patient with me. When she couldn't answer any more technical stuff she had the technician give a call personally and we managed to work things before he came. When the team arrived they did everything as expected. They explained the situation to me, got my OK and started working. Within a couple of days all was like new, water gone, new paint and good smell.

Professional and Experienced Technicians I called these after I tried a few other companies with no luck. I have to say the guy who answered my call was a bit confused, perhaps he was new. He transferred me to the head technician, and I was able to book an appointment the same day. They came and took over immediately, answering all of my questions in details and manage to gain my trust. I hope I won't be needing them again, but if I do, I know who to call.
