CAI was told when I signed up I could… I was told when I signed up I could cancel anytime. After 2 quarterly treatments I decided the service was not worth the price. I was told there would be a cancelation charge. Although it seems you can cancel anytime, I feel ripped off by being charged to do so and now will not use them ever again nor will I recommend them to my friends. I would add everyone I dealt with was polite and professional but this company policy ruins all their hard work.

CAWorst company n service Never recommend this company to anyone. Pest issues have become worse since I switched from able pest control to insight solutions. They sent a confirmation text for appointment December 22 and no one showed up, upon calling again, they say ohhh you were booked for the 29th. Speaking to a manager takes 48 hours. Worst company. Don’t go with them.

CALimited Value for Me The people that provide the service are good but unless you have a serious, specific problem there is little benefit. I had to continue treating for ants myself as there seems to be little if any residual value. Especially when treatments were applied immediately before a rain. Same for mice in the garage. The bate traps don’t seem to have reduced the number of mice I capture in mouse traps. I would have cancelled but there’s a large financial penalty into contracts.
