Limited Value for Me The people that provide the service are good but unless you have a serious, specific problem there is little benefit. I had to continue treating for ants myself as there seems to be little if any residual value. Especially when treatments were applied immediately before a rain. Same for mice in the garage. The bate traps don’t seem to have reduced the number of mice I capture in mouse traps. I would have cancelled but there’s a large financial penalty into contracts.

Stressful management! When i was started in this company at pest technician in edmonton i was thought they have easy process of work but it's not. You are working like a robot with a timer every job services. Management are keep on updating the procedures everytime. I think management are all new to this kind of nature of work they just deliver what knowledge they recieved from office to address to the technicians. So confusing everytime they keep on updating while technicians are running for their time everyday to finished all the task. Branch managers keep on adding jobs to your apps without informing if still can do or not. Lot's of technicians quits their job in their 2-3months of operation in alberta because of poor management and difficult work of nature. Not recommended this company for new technicians. And also not recommended this service to customers! Worst service! worst company! worst management people specially in lethbridge!

Former employee, its a scam The products this company uses can be bought over the counter online, Diatomaceous earth and OnGuard ProPerm are things you can buy for very cheap on the internet. The contracts are meant to confuse people into signing for a year long contract for a service they would never need. Nothing this company does can't be done with a single trip to a home hardware store, for much cheaper. Even the rodenticides are over the counter. Stay very far away

Great Customer Service We initially hired Insight to help us with black/carpenter ants. During the treatment, the technician, Kale Syverson, noticed several wasp nests, which he immediately took care of for us. We are now waiting to see how well the ant treatment works. Thank you Kale!
