Got here fast Got here faster than I thought. I am rating the delivery right now as the flee & tick season has not started yet, so I can not rate the effectiveness of the collar itself.

The best collar for my best friends I have been using Dewelpro for my 3 dogs for the last few years. I never worry about fleas, mosquitoes or ticks -and most of all I do not worry about putting toxic chemicals collars on my dogs. I only use them because they work and smell great too! This companies customer service is the… This companies customer service is the best, very professional, quick to respond! Ive been using these collars on my yorkie and morkie since April, great protection but i also use wondercide on them too when we go to the park. Im careful where we go, try to stay out of infested areas and they are always on a leash. So far we have not seen any ticks on them or fleas but i am careful.

Doesn't work at all. No guarantee honored here. Cost is pretty high especially since it doesn't work. Waiting like I was told didn't help and the only way to recover what I paid is to return priority mail and get a partial refund per customer service.
