The best collar for my best friends I have been using Dewelpro for my 3 dogs for the last few years. I never worry about fleas, mosquitoes or ticks -and most of all I do not worry about putting toxic chemicals collars on my dogs. I only use them because they work and smell great too! They gave me a total refund as stated on website I bought 2 collars for my 2 cats, and whilst waiting for their arrival I decided to dig deeper in to the safety of the ingredients (because I started hearing that essential oils were bad for cats). I read many different reviews from Amazon.com and Trustpilot about cats having bad reactions. Since my cats are indoor/outdoor cats I did not want to risk putting these collars on. So I emailed the company and explained my situation. Without any further conversations Dewelpro refunded all my money back. I am so pleased with the way they handled my situation. With whatever research I found on these collars, in my opinion, they seem to be safer for dogs than that for cats at any age

Disappointed this year.ormally I would give you Five stars… Normally I would give you Five stars the last 2 years they were great but the collars are not working this year :(. They also didn't smell as strong. Eileen Update. I didn't ask for a refund but Dewlpro refunded my order I assume because they read this review. It's rare for a company to take pride in their product and care about their customers. Great customer service.

Very pleased The Dewel natural collar is one of several natural preventative I use on my 11 yr old shih tzu. Our home is in a wooded area, and only 5 min from the beach, so he needs extra protection bc he is outside a lot in both environments. I am very pleased with the effectiveness of this collar and love the scent when it is new!

This companies customer service is the… This companies customer service is the best, very professional, quick to respond! Ive been using these collars on my yorkie and morkie since April, great protection but i also use wondercide on them too when we go to the park. Im careful where we go, try to stay out of infested areas and they are always on a leash. So far we have not seen any ticks on them or fleas but i am careful.
