The thorough inspection was not only more detaled then I've ever seen, but how every nick and cranny was inspected with no stone left unturned was unexpected and amazing. Ditantan was very professional, friendly, answered all my questions clearly ensuring I understood everything. He takes his job very seriously treating the inspection personally. We needed a fireplace inspection by the next day and he promptly met me and my buyer and completed his inspection with a high tech drone and in a timely fashion. He pointed out the positive points of condition the fireplace as well as the few areas that needed keeping an eye on . Very quick turn-around which is crucial when dealing with time limits of a purchase contract. There are also other assists that came with this using this inspection company (help with utilities, alarm systems, home warranties, etc.) I definitely recommend!
