GBVery Detailed and Thorough Inspector Dartanyan did a very detailed and thorough job. He had multiple ways to confirm or rule out possible moisture spots. He inspected and did air quality testing. His lab gives very understandable results and the lab willingly answered all my questions. Absolutely would recommend his company. I have to have testing after remediation is completed and of course I will use his company.

GBComplete 4 point inspection Randen arrived at the scheduled time. Introduced himself and informed us of what he was going to do. The inspection was professional and through. Pointers were given and every thing explained in detail. Was very pleased with this young man and his attitude. Exceptional is an understatement. DS Home Inspections is outstanding and the cost is very reasonable. Highly recommend!!!
