We needed a fireplace inspection by the next day and he promptly met me and my buyer and completed his inspection with a high tech drone and in a timely fashion. He pointed out the positive points of condition the fireplace as well as the few areas that needed keeping an eye on . My buyer was quite pleased with the professionalism and prompt report delivered later that day as well as a follow up for any questions we might have.

Home inspection master! It was a pleasure to take a home inspection class taught by Professor Sye and he made it a rewarding and engaging learning experience. The class was one of the best I have ever taken! He demonstrated that he cares for his students by taking the time to get to know each of them and making sure that they thoroughly understood the material. Not only is he a Home Inspector master, but his business acumen is unmatched. The class would have been worth more than the cost for the business knowledge and mentoring alone.

Very Detailed and Thorough Inspector Dartanyan did a very detailed and thorough job. He had multiple ways to confirm or rule out possible moisture spots. He inspected and did air quality testing. His lab gives very understandable results and the lab willingly answered all my questions. Absolutely would recommend his company. I have to have testing after remediation is completed and of course I will use his company.

During the inspection, he was very thorough taking his time and asking questions to ensure he understood the situation.
