We needed a fireplace inspection by the next day and he promptly met me and my buyer and completed his inspection with a high tech drone and in a timely fashion. He pointed out the positive points of condition the fireplace as well as the few areas that needed keeping an eye on . My buyer was quite pleased with the professionalism and prompt report delivered later that day as well as a follow up for any questions we might have.

GBVery Detailed and Thorough Inspector Dartanyan did a very detailed and thorough job. He had multiple ways to confirm or rule out possible moisture spots. He inspected and did air quality testing. His lab gives very understandable results and the lab willingly answered all my questions. Absolutely would recommend his company. I have to have testing after remediation is completed and of course I will use his company.
