Very quick turn-around which is crucial when dealing with time limits of a purchase contract. Professional experience wiht DC Home Inspection… We found using DC Home Inspection Services, LLC extremely professional and thorough in their inspection. Their report is "state of the art" . It was organized by system (electrical, grounds, exterior, attic, plumbing, garage, etc.) Their report included color photos and narrative. There was a summary page detailing the condition and identified any defective items. This made it easy for us to prepare our request to the sellers for items we wished for them to repair. The representative was professional and wore appropriate clothing. He verbally summarized his findings at the premises and we received an electronic he actual report later that same day as we were his first appt. I gave this company my strongest endorsement.

Very Detailed and Thorough Inspector Dartanyan did a very detailed and thorough job. He had multiple ways to confirm or rule out possible moisture spots. He inspected and did air quality testing. His lab gives very understandable results and the lab willingly answered all my questions. Absolutely would recommend his company. I have to have testing after remediation is completed and of course I will use his company.
