Professional experience wiht DC Home Inspection… We found using DC Home Inspection Services, LLC extremely professional and thorough in their inspection. Their report is "state of the art" . It was organized by system (electrical, grounds, exterior, attic, plumbing, garage, etc.) Their report included color photos and narrative. There was a summary page detailing the condition and identified any defective items. This made it easy for us to prepare our request to the sellers for items we wished for them to repair. The representative was professional and wore appropriate clothing. He verbally summarized his findings at the premises and we received an electronic he actual report later that same day as we were his first appt. I gave this company my strongest endorsement.
